I agree that, visually, he was cool boss. However, he wasn't a boss that left a lasting impression on me; he was very much forgetful. The build up to the fight was nice but the fight itself was extremely easy and dissapointing. He was nothing to write home about.
I hated:
The Draw system (Please, NEVER again)
The insultingly easy difficulty
The fact that the world of VIII was quite future heavy
Chocobo presence (practically non-exsistant)
I disliked (not hated)
The Junction System (just didn't appeal to me)
GF Boosting
It might sound like I thought...
The Advent Children Sephiroth looks the best in my eyes because it perfect portrays his maniacle persona. I think Nomura did a wonderful job on converting him to a more realistic appearence. When you look at Sephiroth in AC you can identify his pure, twisted darkness. He has a look that is both...
I haven't quit on the game, however, I take long breaks because the story is not as appealing to me as the others were. I just get a little bored and un-motivated by it so I end up putting it down for a few weeks. I actually find myself trying to play it, but can't bring myself to sometimes...
That is very sexy indeed. I refused to get a PSP until this game was released. When it is released in the UK I hope it comes with a limited edition bundle like this one. This is just too damn hot to not have. I'm in love with FF and to have a PSP Crisis Core edition would be just heaven. The...
I wouldn't stop playing a game because I disliked a character. I've more just didn't really care, rather than disliked, a character in numerous FFs however, I think that disliking a character makes it better in a way. There are some you love and some you hate, it helps the experience in some...
This scene is just beautiful. The game shows us once again that Sephiroth is a legendary character that is immensely powerful. The thing I like about Sephiroth the most is his calm nature. Even when Genesis start to become more and more aggressive, pulling off all these moves, Sephiroth remains...
Sounds Saweet! It's going to be pretty damn exciting when Square finally sheds some light on the way the battle system works; whether that be via writing or a brand new trailer. Trailer would be preferable though.
I'm also looking forward to FFXIIIs appearence at the show. What I'm most intrigued by is the possibility of actual gameplay footage from Versus XIII. I say this because didn't Tetsuya state that he would intoduce Versus gameplay this year. I'm sure he did. So it would be interesting to see if...
I t would have to be FF Xs Spira. Spira is the most beautiful world Square has produced thus far. The world is abuntant with lush beautiful vistas that would be just heaven to live in. Blitzball would be a dream to witness in real-life. The world also has so much history, which makes it that...
I know that both Chocobo racing and Blitzball will never become reality for quite obvious reasons, however, seeing them in real life would not only be a feat, but also one that will leave jaws dropping. More realistically, however, I would like to see the Triple Triad game. A card game based on...
1.Chocobo Racing
2.Blitzball
I've picked these two simply because it would be utterly breathtaking to see these twin sports explode onto the scene. I would especially be left in awe to be sitting in a colossus Blitzball stadium watching people play water rugby/american football in a large dome...
I also knew about this, but there was never really a need to use it. I only used it to see what it looked like or if I felt like just seeing how powerful it was. Wasn't really crucial though. Aura is definately the way to go; cast Aura, Meltdown (don't really have to) and dish out the Limit...
The Magus Sisters were great summons in X. They were both unique and very powerful. I like the form they took on as the Aeons. It was a bit annoying that you couldn't directly control the attacks they used.
There only other appearence that I know of is just as people have stated, in FFIV as a...
I think Tifa was a badass, without, flaunting her badassness. She would be kind and considerate, but when she was put in a desperate and threatening situation, she would whip out the gloves and turn all jacki chan on her foes. She definately is the badass women.
Other badass females:
Beatrix...
We actually have numerous strong female characters I think.
Examples:
VI - Celes, Tetra
VII - Tifa, Aeris
XII - Ashe
X - Yuna, Lulu
X-2 - Pain
XIII - Lightning (image thus far)
The only thing is they're never really given the spotlight as the main character in the game. Also, as...
That sounds very much like VII. During the game you had to find your way through the snow. There was a harsh snowstorm going and you could lay poles down to track your path as it was easy to loose yourself. VII was also on the PC, so this could be the FF you're talking about.
