I just finished my 20th last night! Not counting the 12 hour Excalibur 2 burnthrough. Still my favourite of the series just something about the three ps1 games stories that keep me coming back at least once a year
Whoops, Yeah I did That too, got pissed and stopped playing. And just last week I picked up VIII and decided to give it a whirl again, unlike any other of the 7-9 era games keeping characters at an even keel is verrry important. my biggest issue right now is that I'm a bit of a Draw nut, which...
Weellll I vote for VI, i found the way the story progressed to be at the right pace and engaging, and it kept me coming back is probably my second most often replayed because of that plus Kefka is an awesome bad guy. if i could pick two IX gets just as much praise but hey im kind of a IX junkie
IX definitely
while not the first FF i have played. something about the characters keeps me going back to replay it more than any of the others i really just love the ability systems, a great change from the equally awesome if not a bit more complex junction system, and i liked the return to a...
I must say XIII
This game was awful i have played and loved every single final fantasy up to this game and i was in shock as i played through this game! the cutscenes were waaaaay to long seriously i got bored once and walked away and made a fracking omelet before it was over! like 70% of the...

My Issue with this game is that, well i am a farmer/powerleveler i like wandering around the world looking for random battles to aquire the perfect characters as early as possible and when i played XIII i felt that most of the game was sitting through exhaustingly long sequences with what felt...
For me i'd have to say its a tie between Steiner and Vivi, I always enjoy a scene with him in it for the simple humor but also because for me he kind of exemplifies mans compliance with say "blissful Ignorance" and how someone can begin to question even there most solid beliefs
For Vivi aside...
This was the third Final Fantasy I ever played and it immediately was and still is still my favorite, it is the game i can play over and over and never get tired of it. I enjoyed the change from the more "realistic" style of its predecessors as well as the more fixed job class type system...
