Don't get this confused now. Final Fantasy 9 is my favorite game on the PS1. FF7 is by far the best one that's actually on the PS1 but FF9 is my favorite.
The Characters: Every character had something symbolic about them and about their life. They lived their own way and tought each other...
I always search every single square inch of every single area in the game. I'm crazy like that I can't stand to miss a single hidden item. I'll walk around and just keep tapping the X button constantly.
But I also have a strategy guide which shows me the hidden locations of everything. I...
Wow that's crazy. I never knew something like that existed. It's too bad I really don't have any friends that would get into a game like this. If I was still young than I know people that would like to play it, but I'm getting old and none of my friends like this kind of stuff really. Too...
Yea there are alot of items that you can miss permanently. But I couldn't name them off myself. Better to look at a strategy guide. I have the official strategy guide for the game, but I only use it for boss tactics and to show me how to get the ultimate weapons. I rarely look at it that much.
Vivi was no puppet that's for sure. He was able to develop free will and his own personality. He was able to decide right from wrong, and that's what made him who he was. It doesn't matter weather he was created in some factory, or weather he was actually born. It's his actions that made him...
Alexandria where else? It's where the story starts and ends. And that's where Zidane and Garnet and most others live happily ever after. I would love to live there with them for the rest of my life.
Well I have a thing for girls with long brown hair that is straight, which is one reason I find myself so attracted to Garnet. Short hair just doesn't do it for me, I find it a bit unattractive.
Well Quina can wear both Male and Female armor. I don't know, I understand that the gender is indeterminate, but I have this strange feeling that Quina is a she.
Zidane was the perfect character and is the main reason of what made FF9 such a great game. He's always positive, virtuous, and pure hearted. He doesn't hesitate to help people and he can run into almost any sittuation head on without a plan, and still come out on top. He was a complete...
hahaha you're crazy. This post makes me laugh. But no, I've never killed her for no reason like that. So what did you do after you killed her, revive her instantly?
Well I don't think this game was missing anything. I think it's other Final Fantasy games that are missing the magic that this game had. And this is one of the only Final Fantasy games I can think of that had a truly "Fairy Tale" happy ending. This game has everything I look for in a game. I...
I don't like them but I think they were cool characters. They fit the story. They made a cool boss fight when they fused together. I like those names also Zorn and Thorn. I could see myself naming my children Zorn and Thorn...haha naw j/k
I like to stick with the original names. I used to rename the main character of the FF games to my name sometimes, but now I just like to keep them the way they are. I know Zidane as Zidane and it would feel weird to change his name.
I'm sure when it's all said and done it will pick up and the sales will be up. But as I mentiond in previous posts, I believe it's Square-Enix's fault for focusing too much on Graphics and Story, rather than Gameplay. Now Story is a great thing, but when they draw on the cutscenes too long to...
