Here is the cheapest way of beating her (in my opinion). As soon as the battle begins, use Steal or Mug on her to steal 99 Pheonix Downs (yes, in one move you'll get 99 of said item). Then lose the fight, sell off all of the Pheonix Downs, and then go and steal some more. Keep repeating this...
