It may change if I ever replay the game, but I've got to go with Basch. I'm a sucker for them knights, oh yes. :wacky: His vest was a bit... odd... though. Eh, well. No matter. Second (and a close second at that) would be Fran. I love that she's running around Ivalice in heels (even if those are...
Blizzard/Blizzara/Blizzaga: I'm a huge ice magic fan!
Flare: Plain ol' kick-arse.
Cure/Cura/Curaga: Who doesn't love white magic?
Haste: Allows total ownage.
I've found that I only like Regen if it's auto-equipped, like in IX with the Auto-Regen ability (which made me near godly).
I love the whole wedding scene in Condie Petie (IX) when Zidane is thinking to himself about Dagger, and he's all, "I'm such a stud!", then goes in for the smooch and she walks away. XD Good times.
Pretty much anything Barrett in FFVII said had me in stitches.
Oh, I'm jealous... D: We had throngs of teenage girls. Pretty much my least favorite kind of human being in existence. They weren't too bad, though. There were some flipping their lid that they couldn't get a copy of the book if they hadn't reserved one, though... loonies.
Brisingr, on the...
I always imagined that without all the bulky, "rusty" :P armor, he wouldn't be quite so fat. But I think the whole roly-poly-ness of him adds to his bumbling charm. ^_^
So that explains it! There were many a battle when I'd finish up, go to my menu, and try to heal Eiko of "x" status and it would be gone... :gasp: but somebody else still had it. I was so confused. I'm glad I know what Guardian Mog does now, because I didn't before, lol.
Battle-wise, I think Yuffie was the best for me, then Rikku, and finally Selphie (though I haven't finished VIII yet). I trained Yuffie pretty well, so she was a good fighter.
Personality, I loved Rikku. Mostly in X, she seemed to get a little more obnoxious in X-2 :gasp:
I loved Steiner! You know he had nothing but good intentions, but he just wasn't sure how to go about that. I think he got his act together by the end of the game, though. ^_^ Not to mention he was a total arse-kicker in battle.
Favorite Character: Vivi
Favorite Male Character: Vivi
Favorite Female Character: Garnet
Favorite NPC character: Beatrix (not TOTALLY an NPC... but she's not part of the "main party")
Favorite Weapon: Excalibur (that was the best one I got, lol)
Favorite Trance: Zidane's
Favorite Magic: Flare...
Not really, actually. One of my best pals is really into it as well, she lends me the games I don't have so I can play them. What a sweetie. :D
Other than that, though, most people I know aren't into it/don't know what it is. They don't care enough to hate it, lol.
I've only played a couple games, mind you, but definitely Wakka's in X. I can't be arsed to play blitzball any more than I have to. :gasp: Urgh! Hate blitz.
Shiva has ALWAYS been my favorite summon. I saw her first when I was putzing around on my brother-in-law's copy of VIII, then again during X. I just thought she was so cool! Her design, attacks, and general concept have always appealed to me. Not cos her boobies are showing all the time, mind...
Hmmm. Probably Yuna. I'm very determined and kind, and I'll do pretty much anything for the people that I love. However, I'm also pretty goofy and talkative like Selphie/Rikku, so who knows!
Physically, I look most like Garnet after she hacked her hair off, I've got the whole short-brown-hair...
Do you work at a book store? I work at Barnes & Noble, and we stayed open until midnight to sell it. :P It was such a waste of my life, there were about 8 people there, as opposed to Breaking Dawn (hurl :gasp:) where there were hundreds.
I still have to re-read Eragon (I read it years ago when...
I love this game! I'm almost done with my first play through, and I can already see myself playing it again. The characters, the music, the setting, the story; it's all great. It could quite possibly be my favorite FF, with VII and X close behind it.
