I couldn't tell you what level I was on when I left the island nor my level at game's end. But I would like to say that a friend of mine spent countless hours battling Wakka and achieving a level in the mid 40's when I last saw his save file about 5 years ago.
I always choose the sword and reject the staff. Since you get a party member that already has high defense and another who uses magic, the only thing left for the party is a offensive powerhouse. Besides I tend to attack more than anything else.
I'm kinda partial to the world map from the very first Dragon Warrior. Twas a huge world complete with 2 different kinds of mountains, forests, plains, seas, and swamps. Plenty of places for making new areas. And it's SquareEnix related. (well, just Enix)
I saw something about this on the Discovery Channel a few years ago. I would like to know if they ever tested the age of the cloth again at a later date. If the preliminary tests were faulty then I would say try it again from a spot on the shroud that wasn't remade 700 years ago.
I really couldn't tell you why it is called Football. I am American and I've always wondered the same thing. But American football was invented around the 1920's or even earlier. As for soccer, I couldn't tell you why for that either.
I can't beleive you would trade off Earthbound to begin with. Earthbound is one of those games that shouldn't be traded away or sold. But at least you did get a FF game out of it.
My favorite console is the 16-bit Super Nintendo. The games released on this system were, by far, the greatest of their time. The 8-bit Nintendo would come in a close second for me with the PS2 in a close third.
I am also a fan of the Fire Emblem series. Although, I only own the two GBA versions. Anyone who is a fan of tactics style RPG's should be a fan of Fire Emblem.
