Thanks mods. An old man in Daguarro asks for this item as a "Dying Wish". You have to go to Treno to get the item at the auction house, and bring it back to the guy. Surprise surprise, you get a doped up sword, the Excalibur. So... The Magical Fingertips are a key item. They do nothing...

I got it. What you have to do, is buy all the key items. Like... Dogas Artifact, Unes Mirror, all that. And then go around Treno, and resell them to the nobles that want to buy them. Then the Magical Fingertips will show up at the auction. Be prepared to spend A LOT on them though... I...
