What's the difference between a Black Belt and a Monk? And why do some Monks use weapons? (Rikku and Amarant) whereas most Monks don't use fist weapons? ... Or should they be Black Belts?

The VA choice for Zidane in the japanese Dissidia is beyond atrocious. Sure, he's sixteen, but sixteen year old boys usually have their balls dropped by then. He sounds like an eleven year old on crack. I don't think anyone deserves to be voiced by the Naruto woman O_O

Reddas in FFXII was black ... wasn't he? :\ But I agree. More racial diversity would be a nice touch in future games. EDIT: Does Fran class as Black? That may sound stupid, but minus the ears and she's pretty much human, so I think she should somewhat count.
