Hmm if Rydia showed up and wanted me to go on a date? Well, I do wonder where she would take me.... The Final Fantasy 4 world would be awesome, but I dunno about that land of summon monsters.
I may dyslexic... cause when I first went through the game, I called it the Ifia tree... pronouncing it "IF-ee-uh" or something like that. Now that I'm going through it again, I see I been calling it the wrong thing all this time.
Quina is a qu... perhaps a qu doesn't reproduce sexually? There's a lot of non-human characters in the game. Kinda makes me wonder how a malboro would reproduce.
I like this answer best for the Marlene running the bar question.
And yes, I do think when Cloud said only Sephiroth could use that sword, he might have meant "use it well," but he killed some rich corporate dude (pres. Shinra), so I'm thinking lots of people could have used it against him. I...
I don't get this: Eiko has the look of a summoner (the horn and outfit) and Garnet (or Dagger) has the look of a white mage (with the robes and such). Yet Garnet has more summons, and her trance focuses on the eidolons while Eiko's trance is Dbl White. It's like they switch them up or something...
Why does Tifa leave a 4 year old in charge of the bar when she joins Cloud and Barret?
Who controls that satellite for Barret's Satellite Beam?
Those 2 guards in the Sector 7 Slums: What do they guard? Is it that door Cloud and Aeris see Tifa emerge from in the Sector 5 park?
If only...
If I'm just screwing around: Locke, Mog, Terra (or Celes) and Gau.
If I'm to face a serious boss type thing or dungeon: Terra (for morph / magic), Edgar (for the tools ability), Locke (to steal some stuff), and sometimes Sabin, but blitzes are sometimes hard to pull off so I pick Cyan instead...
Okay, so I'm just wondering... if Cleyra is protected by a sandstorm and no visitors ever go in, why do they have an inn? Maybe I'm overthinking things here?
Hmmm FF1 may be about saving the world from evil? Maybe environmental issues (earth rotting, for instance)?
FF4 is about facing your evils within you and putting the past away, defeating your inner self that is evil and starting over to do things right again.
FF7 is about technology and how...
Just wondering, where did the names for the World of Balance and the World of Ruin come from? I can't seem to find anything in game that uses these names, and yet all over the internet and in my strategy guide it uses these names.
At first glance, it may look like I got the name Red Wizard from Final Fantasy 1, where the Red Mage becomes the Red Wizard. However, it actually comes from Gauntlet: Dark Legacy, and I was playing as the Red Wizard when I was registering on this forum.
I loved the Suikoden games, though I Just played the first 2. I finally got hold of part 3, but haven't gotten to play it yet. I remember part 2 being glitched as hell though, such as running outside of the screen, and untranslated text and what not. Still a lot of fun though. Only problem is...
Okay, I'm thinking Ultimecia is trying to merge every "present time" in the past and future into one "present time" In essence, create a state of eternity where no time actually flows. Heaven and Hell are usually thought of like this, but it's difficult to imagine. And with everyone gathered in...
If I remember right, Moombas recognize humans by sniffing or licking their blood. At one point, they thought Squall was Laguna, since they remember Laguna from an earlier incident.
I'm kinda glad they never come out and say it. It's clearly obvious, and doesn't REALLY need to be said...
I don't know if this belongs in THIS thread, but I've thought about Barret's limit break "Satellite Beam" I wonder... who is operating the satellite? Does Barret have that kinda hookup to have people launch a satellite into orbit that Barret can blast somebody that Barret targets when he reaches...
Okay, so at the beginning of the game, the King of Baron has Cecil and Kain deliver a bomb package to the village of Mist, obviously to destroy the town. I have to ask though: Why? Was Mist some sort of a threat to Baron? A small village of summoners couldn't possibly be a threat to Baron and...
