i think he can be good if you use him in a main party, he's strong enough to be good, and i'v always had a weak spot for lancers:P . and i don't know if you'd call this a blue mage or not,but the VII e-skill materia was one of my most valueable, and favorite materias, it was like a min game...

i'm not gooing to say it was the best, but it was the most in depth weith the most to it, i LOVED the chocobo mini game from VIII where you could plug in a game boy or w/e, and i also loved chocobo hot and cold from IX, both in the forest, and on the map.

LMAO, yah i did, couldn't remember the names for the life of me, but first time thorugh an FF, i always re-name all char's as friends, whitch i think makes the player feel more inot the game experience, and the second + time thorugh, i just leave al as is.

it was close for me, they did an excellent job on both, i like the GF systems, and everything, but like most of you have stated, VII story is just so much more in depth and there was more to do i found in VII.
