I was in a crossroad of choice between Firion and Cecil. I already started Shade Impulse using Firion, but quit and switched to Cecil. Cecil is more beautiful :P and I prefer someone who can change their speed mid-battle.
Firion is still level 20 (never used him again after the switch) and Cecil...
The first time I played XII, I was extremely disappointed. The story was really uninteresting and I just beat it for the sake of it. But two years later (a few months ago), I found myself attracted to replay the game because I thought the battle system was "different" and I was in the mood to do...
Gabranth rocks. Him in Ex-mode is a killing machine. It can be annoying to use him when playing the story mode, though, when you want to finish the enemy as soon as possible since filling his EX bar takes some time. And another reason is my fangirlism of him.
I actually think Tidus was fine in FFX, but I'm not using him in Dissidia because his attacks are awful. He gets stunned everytime he misses an attack and he's too fast and weak. Just not what I prefer in a fighter.
Are you talking about Onion Knight's story where you have to play Onion Knight against CoD in the 'final' battle? The lady was a bugger. You need to dodge and avoid her attacks and find the time where she's stunned, then combo using OK's brave until her brave is Broken (?) then finish her off...
Squall reminds me most of myself. We have a lot in common. I like to keep distance with my friends and often not rely on them even though I really need their help.
I've never played FF3, FF11, Dirge of Cerberus and the FFs on Wii.
I have never finished FF1, FF2, FF4, FF7, FFTactics, FFXII : RW and Crisis Core.
Everything else has been finished at least once.
I have not been able to play my PS for the last few months, so I put the game on hold (I'm already...
Gabranth is kicking ass! Especially in the Arcade Mode where the levels of the character don't matter (cause he's underleveled compared to the other guys). He may be awkward to use, but he's so powerful in EX mode.
Well, I, myself, pronounce Zidane as "Zee-da-nay"... :gonk:
Tidus as "Tee-dus".:gonk:
I'm glad Dissidia used "Tee-dus" so I don't sound like a complete weirdo.
I completely understand the ending, but I wonder why Basch didn't shave his beard? Is that supposed to be some kind of symbolism that he's still Basch and not completely like Gabranth?
FFV's story might not be the best, but the job system is definitely a winner. It doesn't get old and always fun to try out different combination of jobs. And of course, there's Gilgamesh, that's a pretty strong reason itself.
V is the second FF game I've ever played, and I didn't get to finish...
Yes, you're right. Although I think you could get a more accurate "experiment" by making sure that you use the 'dark eye' in darkness first, then close it and then use the 'light eye' in bright light. Then test both of them seeing in darkness. That way, your bright eye will barely get closed.
I...
My highest level character on the Heroes side is Cecil. I like his style of fighting, his speed is just right for my taste (the guy can be quite fast in Paladin form and powerful in Dark Knight form).
I think I'll sub either Jecht or Gabranth.
Onion Knight was the worst! I'm glad I got through...
Damn it, that's the most ridiculous thing I've read all year. The lady needs to be put somewhere safe, like a mental asylum. Although they need to make sure she doesn't fall in love with the sofa. :P
I wonder what her church has to say about this, and especially if the church she plays the organ...
I was actually taught in school about this more than a year ago. The human eye has photoreceptor cells which are mainly divided into two : rods and cones. The rods are the ones responsible for vision in dim lights and the cones are the ones responsible for bright light vision. In bright light...
Definitely White Magic, considering that I NEVER use other magics other than white.
I strongly prefer melee over black magic and blue is just plain awkward to use (for me anyways).
You need to finish Shade Impulse which can be available to be played after you finish one Destiny Odyssey. (I'm currently finishing up the 10 Destiny Odyssey and I haven't even touched Shade Impulse, the above answer is based on what I've read on the internet...)
After finishing Shade Impulse...

"Younger... "brother"? At first glance I thought he was some body builder who had strayed from his gym."

"Enough expository banter! Now we fight like men! And ladies! And ladies that dress like...
