FFXII has probably my least favorite soundtrack. Or maybe I became biased because I knew Nobuo Uematsu was gone. :gonk:
I don't mind a few of the songs (like the final battle) but for the most part I found the soundtrack dull.
I agree. Even if they did say it, I consider it more of their own little theory rather than an actual plot connection. That's the way I view it anyway.
Exactly my point. Nomura never said anything about FFX and VII being related. Not that it discredits the connection, I'm just saying that info is wrong.
I have a phobia when it comes to getting sick (I tell people I'm germaphobic but that's not actually true. I'm technically emetophobic). So yeah, I know I am way too obsessed with having my hands sanitized. I wash them constantly with soap and water (I don't really use the anti-bacterial...
Besides what you've written, I really don't think there's anything else.
The first five are heavily crystal related. But I don't think that makes them connected. Especially not II or IV. I, III, and V kind of seem more related to each other. Also, I would like to point out that it was...
Well if they bring back the VA's to redo some lines it could improve. Especially in regards to JAT. Compare his work in X-2, Dissidia, and Dissidia 012 to FFX. He's gotten better in the role of Tidus over time.
I got Noel. I haven't played the game yet so I can't really comment on my opinion about that but.....yeah, I'm glad I'm not Hope or someone like that. lol.
I'm not denying that. I still think of it as the staff's crazy fan theory. lol. It may be true, but I don't pay any attention to it. And since the time difference is really great between the two games...I really don't care about it. It doesn't really effect either game in any way.
And...
My only problem with the first option is that the world of Spira and the world in FFVII look very different continents wise. I know that continents shift and all....but FFVII would have to be very, very, very far into the future to get the continent in Spira to look like the world map in VII...
If it is to be taken seriously there are two theories:
1.) The world of Spira is the world of FFVII
2.) The future people of Spira left the planet (for whatever reason) and went to the world of FFVII. There they met the Cetra and they got along or not. I really don't know. And then Jenova...
I tend to think of this whole thing as the staff member's very own crazy fan theory. But that's because I like to think of VII and X/X-2 as separate. The way FF was meant to be.
In my opinion, it's one of the best in the series, mainly due to the ability to tag partners in and out of battle. The strategy that goes a long with it makes it one of the most entertaining battle systems in the series. And SE took a risk with tossing the ATB system in favor of the...
