FFXII has probably my least favorite soundtrack. Or maybe I became biased because I knew Nobuo Uematsu was gone. :gonk: I don't mind a few of the songs (like the final battle) but for the most part I found the soundtrack dull.

I agree. Even if they did say it, I consider it more of their own little theory rather than an actual plot connection. That's the way I view it anyway.

Exactly my point. Nomura never said anything about FFX and VII being related. Not that it discredits the connection, I'm just saying that info is wrong.

Well if they bring back the VA's to redo some lines it could improve. Especially in regards to JAT. Compare his work in X-2, Dissidia, and Dissidia 012 to FFX. He's gotten better in the role of Tidus over time.

My only problem with the first option is that the world of Spira and the world in FFVII look very different continents wise. I know that continents shift and all....but FFVII would have to be very, very, very far into the future to get the continent in Spira to look like the world map in VII...
