I've only beaten Ruby once, and dont plan on doing it again. honestly it was so long ago i forgot what exactly i did, although i know i was past lvl 70.
I found her more annoying in XIII-2 but thats just because i had to see more of her in XIII-2 since she was the main protagonist. She seems to be more confidant in this title tho compared to XIII-1.
Its a decent game to pick up and use to kill time. The story is nothing special, but the job system is kind of fun. I think the allure of this games has more to do with it being an old FF.
I dont like it. The villian was mediocre, the characters were dull, the game had next to no story, and the music was just okay. The job system was nice but everything else felt like a step back from IV.
I would say hate it based off the story, level system, and that stupid speech system they had that didnt make sense. I foudn the game frustrating to progress through
Its not a great game but its worth a playthrough or two, just one of those things to mark off a checklist of FF's played. Not much of a story, messy level up system, and silly speech system.
I would have to say Mystic quest. The whole thing was terrible, i couldnt understand how it was even allowed to be released. no save points, no party, a main protagonist named Benjamin(real original Final Fantasy sounding name). really terrible.
i would have to say VI. It has my second favorite story(behind X) but has less linearity, alot of character growth, an amazing soundtrack, and an awesome villian. It isnt the best in each of these areas besides maybe villian, but it feels like the most complete game. sometimes i think X is...
So basically all websites for FF that arent officially from SE arent 99 percent acurate? is there another site similar to the FF wiki that is as vast with more credibillity?
I think its worth buying. For starters it doesnt have the random battles that the other FF's have, the game really tries to do something different. The gambit system is fun once you learn how to use it. Also the plot is slightly different than other FF's so its worth a look at. The only...
Ya it was good for a chuckle.

I dont like the story, and i dont care for the characters. but this game does have some fun gameplay, i think the dressphere idea was a nice spin on the job system.
