Hmm, perhaps something is wrong with the part of the board where the switch is (near the top left, the one you have to switch on for WiFi). Is there a chance the internet settings in your PSP being edited? Might be a problem there, or at least I hope its something else and not board related.

Sounds like the connection is bad for it. E.I meaning your internet, wireless, is too slow or bad to connect. Happens to me when the internet is bad. Try scanning and seeing what level of connection you have. Its probably around 30-40 percent for you. :hmmm:
