I posted here before, but after playing KH1 Final Mix, that fight with Unknown was just awful. We know who that bastard was and I don't know why I found that boss so difficult. I must be rusty, as I had the classic "throw controller" urge when fighting him. :hmmm:
I played the Japanese version as much as I could, and if I didn't know it was Final Fantasy going in, I would not have thought I was playing a Final Fantasy game. It just feels so different. I really hope SE doesn't continue it's descent in this direction in terms of their games.
No, please GOD, no. No, the can't possibly have the audacity to break up Tidus and Yuna. If they do such a thing, I will put the nail in the coffin of hate I have for Square at present. But as Palutena said, it would be weird for them to end the story of X with Will. I don't have any faith in...
The game was very refreshing and I liked every minute of it. Seeing the was pretty cool. The game flowed very well and was an overall excellent experience. I liked playing as Riku more than Sora and I hope they utilize the ability to play as more than one character in more of the future...
I patched my import and after I finish KH:BBS, I am definitely playing this baby! I played a little bit, and stopped after a certain event, but my word, the game looks epic win. :awesome:
I'm currently playing BBS again. I'm playing all the games to brush up on my knowledge of the series after having not played any of the games for a while. BBS is the one I feel the least connected to for some reason, so I am immersing myself into it. Aqua, Ven, and then Terra this time. :mokken:
If it will bring more fans to the series, then by all means, multi-platform sounds like a great idea. I think not only will it bring in more revenue, but it will allow a broader audience to enjoy this epic series. I see no problem with it.
I can remember names and faces pretty well. Events, on the other hand, I can only vaguely recall. It all really depends on my connection to the memory and any emotional or physical impact it may have had on me. For instance, I can remember clear as day the events leading up to the scar on my...
I find it funny and a little insulting they release this information right after the unofficial translation team releases their patch. Though I suppose it's not entirely their fault as this is E3 and all.
What I really don't appreciate is no Vita. What in the helly hell, Squeenix? The Vita...
I really looking forward to this game and the direction SE is going with it's gameplay. I looks so full of action and it looks flashy and that excites me. :3 I just hope that all that glitters is gold in this case, as they have had a WHILE to get this game done right. I am kind of bummed they...
Can't really say I'm surprised they aren't going to show KH3 or KHXV at E3. I don't really expect anything from SE these days. But they had BETTER show at least something from Bravely Second. But then again, that shows hope, hope I don't have in SE anymore. :sad3:
I made Yuna go through Lulu's grid area, and boy, what a insanely powerful black mage can she become. Easy 9999 damage with the -ga spells. Made Jecht a cakewalk with Rikku's item use.
I really meant Tactics Advance, which had the different races. IX, and as you mentioned XII are so similar to that game that I seem to just lump them all together. Sorry for any confusion. Either way, I never really liked the direction that those games went in terms of the characters and races...
Ack! I meant in the sense that IX goes back to the roots of Final Fantasy in regards to the different races and general feel of the game. It's like playing a more glorified RPG in the vein of the FF tactics. If the OP likes the feel of the tactics and Ivalice games in general, then he would like...
I say play X first. The new HD version is awesome and even for someone who already played the original it still felt fresh. In my opinion, X is the better of the two, but I don't really like any of the Ivalice games so I may be a little biased.
Although I voted hate it, that was a mistake. In my opinion, the game was awesome. I loved the story and I thought that lightning was a badass. She was definitely complimented by the rest of the party and I really admired the game entirely. The linearity of the game did not put me off at all and...
I didn't feel like they were until you were given free reign in the later part of the game. It's like the game rips off your training wheels and says "Okay, time to die beyotch."
I just used all the new terrain and monsters to grind and it went back to being as difficult as I thought normal...
