I think I found the problem, I had to drag the artwork while one of the tunes of that album was playing. It only shows up on the iPod for the particular track whereas on iTunes it's for the whole album. I will have to do it for each track.

I'm having problems on my iPod nano (3rd Gen). I have a couple of album covers that arn't on iTunes, so i downloaded the artwork to my computer from various places and put them onto iTunes by dragging the pic onto the bottom left(like it says to). Now that seems to work as the album cover now...

with your levels maxed out all the sephiroths should be no problem at all. For a fair fight with sephy you should be hell of a lot of levels lower. I think your gameshark has messed with it somehow.

drink lots and lots of water. tap water or from a shop. I had bad ache and i used all that stuff like clearasil but they didn't work...water helped sooo much!

I use avast and i don't have this problem. Do you use firefox? it occasionally stops pop-ups itself. I know somebody who had this problem a while back they said it stopped after a while. Try feeding it false data or something though i don't know.

to be honest i wouldn't bother. lol as long as i'm not involved in any 'warming up' its cool by me
