A normal 4th of July for my famz. It's more about my mom an aunt's birthday, but we BBQ'd and wore our America shirts and such and talked about how much Obama sucks.
Y'know, the use. :3
To be fair, although the DIALOG of Fallout 3 sucked, I liked the story writing. Especially in the side quests. Those were actually a lot more interesting than the main story. For a linear or branching paths kind of FF style game, I think BioWare would be a dream choice to collaborate with...
I'm not sure Squeenix can even do that right. Design the characters and the worlds? Sure, maybe. But, if the companies I suggested ever got involved in the FF franchise, not using their writing prowess (especially BioWare) should be a criminal offense damnable by public ridicule and...
I want to be best friends with everyone. :3
...even if I may want to rip out their hearts if I strongly disagree with them, I will do it with as much love as I can muster. ;3
I think East/West collaborations are the only things that can save the FF franchise now. Gameplay-wise, the FF series has been abyssmal since FF X. Mind, the cutscenes are pretty, but that's pretty much the only things Square-Enix can do right besides maybe ports of their older games and...
Already happened. Project Fortress. An improvement to FF XII and the crappy way they handle their FF franchise themselves, though, IMHO. The studio originally developing it fell under, but a new one is working on it. It's a Action-RPG set in the Ivalice Universe.
So, you better get to torching...
People will because some people have retro sensibilities. This is especially true after Megaman 9 and 10 and the announcement of Sonic 4 have sparked more interest in revisiting the classics.
I myself like retro stuff, but I also expect a company to experiment a bit with their intellectual...
It's supposed to be like early FF games and other early adventure/RPG games. That's the point. It's for people who feel like they need more old-school goodness. Kind of like Squeenix's Megaman 9 and 10, if you will.
Gaga.
I'm not a big pop music fan, but I can recognize that she's got talent, though she doesn't always show it. She's a classically trained musician as well. It's unfortunate that she has to do dance/technopop for a living now, but apparently that's what the public wants. And even through...
I wholeheartedly agree... The most interesting thing the core development company has done, IMO, was NieR, and that's certainly got some hefty flaws to it. Outside of that, I've been relying of Dragon Quest, which is developed by a third-party company under Square-Enix's publishing.
Edit: Oops...
I love how people want the FF series to evolve, but when evolution is shown, they want it to step back. Personally, I think a Western-RPG/Action-RPG FF title is a great idea, and with another development team, they can provide fresh ideas for stories, characters, and settings. That's not to say...
BioShock. Of course, this is from a position that I haven't played inFAMOUS, but it just doesn't strike my fancy. I normally like open-world games, but the style it has seems so... Without character. It seems too sterile to me and I think Prototype or Crackdown might be more enjoyable if you...
I'd likely have caved in and had a child with her with little to no means of child support, stuck without college or anything to rely on for the future. Though I miss her, I'd say I was right in the decision and that it was for the better on both our parts.
It's nice that someone can see my odd, one-track mind as a positive thing. xP
I didn't realize I'd been gone form the forum for so long. So, I'm sorry to everyone that read through that long chain. x.x;
