Well, y'know what, I've found I love Final Fantasy VII as well. Cloud is such a loveable, caring protagonist, and I love the way he wields his katana.

The audacity of Squeenix suggesting Final Fantasy VII was the greatest thing they ever made, so they can't see remaking it until they've 'surpassed it' in terms of quality. I'm sorry... Is the world completely blind, but did I totally imagine Final Fantasy IV and VI and they never really existed?

My argument is that XII was better because it was basically Star Wars' Original Trilogy and I liked more of the cast of XII than I did with VII (I only liked Aerith, LOOK HOW LONG SHE LASTED). Also, I liked the combat, too. It was basically Knights of the Old Republic.
