Lp = Let's play, right? Seen some of those things that display "Let's play [insert video game title here]", saw like that for Bejeweled 2, and now I've ended up getting Bejeweled 2 Deluxe on the computer.

I'm a bit of a sucker for those simple puzzle games, those shining gems look really cool, that is part of it's appeal to me, rather than just a bunch of boring blocks stacking on top of each other (aka Tetris).

Anyways, Chuggaconroy? I saw that user had a bunch of Okami vids on there. You seeing some gameplay videos?

Aw, that's too bad, but it was a nice gesture though. Hope you are able to someday get and play Okami at least, as I have such high hopes for it, that I may enjoy it even more than Final Fantasy X, because it has so much focus on that wolf character, and I love wolves, they are my favourite animal, 2nd and 3rd favourites being foxes and tigers respectively.

That being said, Okami, the Japanese word for Wolf, has my name on it, I just can hardly wait to play this game. I know I have said it repeatedly, but I am just so excited about this game, it really is truly a shame it never sold better, it looks like a true masterpiece, and is definitely an award winning game, that isn't the makings of a low selling game, it just was about the worst timing to release it... :/

Do you have a PS3, though? As long as it isn't one of those PS3 Slim models, it should be backwards compatible with PS2 games.

I have never seen the Wii Version get rated higher than the PS2 version, the original release of Okami, so if at all possible it would be good if you could play PS2 games, then you could get Final Fantasy X, as well.

If that were the point I was making, that would be hypocritical of me, as I have been clearly into Okami lately, yet I have not played it, and will not be able to play it for almost two months longer still...

No doubt both games are awesome, and Okami won some video game award for best score, among other awards, and gets excellent ratings insanely consistently, like 9 out of 10 and even a perfect 10.

Ever plan on getting either of these games? It would seem odd to really like what you have heard and seen of a video game, and not seek it out to buy and play, I know I am dying to play Okami, and already gotten many good hours out of Final Fantasy X.

You've never played either Final Fantasy X or Okami? >.> I haven't played Okami, but I've played FFX, love how the summons (Aeons) work in it, how you actually control them in battle, like any party member, replacing the team of three characters until you either defeat all enemies and win the battle, thus ending it (obviously), dismissing it, or it's HP reaches 0.

I have downloaded that particular song, as well as several others. I love the soundtrack too, certainly what I have heard of it. :dave:

But overall Okami is very enjoyable, isn't it? You didn't have to think much to decide on music, did you...? ^^;

Is the gameplay itself very enjoyable, what with that interesting gameplay elements like the celestial brush and such?

Cool. xD And you're welcome, my pleasure really, FFX is one of my favourite FF games, just FFVII and FFVIII that I like better, so yeah, that is in my top 3 favourite FF games.
