It is his right arm! I went for the limbs first also but he always grew them back so I just killed one and then him. Seemed to work well but after he died and his arm was just sitting there I couldn't help but be shocked.

The save feature in a dungeon really didn't happen until SNES but the fact that you have to fight 5 bosses without the ability to go back and save is what's a disaster. Also that 5 minute cutscene that feels like it takes 30 hours

Sound Track is good, but something about the lack of story just drives me insane. The first three build on the series for sure but overall... just ugh... Yea FF2 got really rough towards the end there... I really really had to restrain myself.
