Leveling up Gagazet is a good place to level up since most of the creatures give high exp. But if you get to the part where you can "catch" the monsters, i think it'll be better since 1) you can do a lot of leveling up and 2) if you're willing to spend a lot of time collecting all the needed...

Is it a good idea to set the first Esper to Vaan or should I assign the more powerful ones to him? How many espers can each character hold anyway? Maximum of 3 or can I assign all espers to one chracter? By the way, thanks for everyone who helped me out with the license board. Hope i can...
