talking to him now...he inserted the game to put onto PS4....he used the code in the game thinking it would let him play the game. Since he can't play the game he uninstalled it....does this mean the code in the game cannot be re-used....he paid with the game with birthday money so he's trying...

follow up question, is there an additional charge for the service subscription? appreciate your help trying to walk him through this over the phone.
