I think because KH BBS is a prequel they didn't incorperate many FF charactors, I guess from their perspective charactors such as Yufi, Paine, Yuna, Rikku, Cloud, and Squall were more good friends with Sora, Donald, and Goofy. Im not really sure the guys knew Ventus, Aqua, and Terra that well...

I love it, I don't think people give 8 enough credit, it is one of the ff greats, the story line was very good gameplay

Honestly, the way I see it: don't fix what's not broken. I think perhaps a prequal would be just fine but that is how far you can take it at most. When you try to make too many remakes you are ignoring the fact that the original FF7 was the best not these remakes, be honest with yourself did...
