Yeah...
I really don't know about Quistis...I used to say it like that too, but after I heard it as Key-stis, I can't think of it any other way...so, I say Key-stis now...
When I really think about it...
I haven't finished very many...but, the ones that I have, are as follows--
FFVII
FFX
FFXIII
Crisis Core
Yeah, only four. I have played so many of them, and gotten really far in almost all of the ones I have played, but I've only ever finished a few of them. I'm...
Damn...that really sucks. But hey, if you bought it on PSN, then what you should do, like I've been doing with FFVIII, is whenever you stop playing, copy the save data over from your PSP to your PS3, so that in case something like that ever happens again, you at least have something not so far...
Wow
That's literally the same for me...I played FFVII when my sister got it, and I didn't really like it. Lol, I remember her getting hooked on it and me complaining to her because I wanted to play Spyro--haha. But, after watching her play for long periods of time, I became interested, and...
Hmm...
Well, sorry to say, but how can it be hard to choose just one favorite character? You just put Laguna at the top of your list of ten, so he should be your favorite, right? But, I still kind of see your point.
My list isn't necessarily in order of any kind, just my ten favorites.
Cloud...
Final Fantasy X and Crisis Core
Final Fantasy X's ending was just too damn heart-wrenching...I loved the romance story, and the ending just crushed me--entirely. I ended up dwelling on the final scenes for days...I even started looking on YouTube for the scenes, and kept playing them over and...
Lol
Haha, for real! I've actually met someone before named 'TIE-DUS' and he spelled his name exactly like Tidus from FFX. And this was how his mother named him. People that I know, know people with the name Tidus, and some are spelled like Titus, and others are spelled like Tidus--both are...
Yeah...
I was really upset when I first heard them say 'Tidus' in Dissidia...I have always pronounced it as 'Tie-dus'.
As for Irvine, I've never heard of anyone thinking that his name is pronounced as 'Ervin'. I've always thought of it as 'Er-veen'
I always thought of Quistis as 'Qui-stis'...
Possible FFVIII SPOILER
Final Fantasy VIII and Final Fantasy XIII
Yes, I'm playing two at once. I've been switching between the two. I just started over on FFXIII because I got tired of the lack of dialog after you finish the story and are just roaming around Gran Pulse. I started playing...
For me?
I'd say that it's a tie between Cloud and Squall. At least for the male characters. As for the females, I'd say it's a tie between Tifa, Rikku, and Lightning. Overall, I will still say that may favorite of all time is either Cloud or Squall.
Hey, all! I just wanted to start a thread and ask the majority of people who play Final Fantasy, just how they pronounce the names of all the characters. Go ahead and throw any character in--whether they're major or not.
Let me begin with Sorceress Edea, from FFVIII--how do you think her name...
As for me...
I tend to use whoever has the highest levels out of the entire group, with the exception of always using Squall and Rinoa, if I can, and lately(I'm currently playing it over again), I've been using Squall, Rinoa and Quistis. If you ask me, it's kind of hard to keep each character...
Well, I think...
The last I heard, it was being made for the PSP--but now that the Vita is coming out, Square Enix will probably release it for that instead...I hope not, because as of right now, I don't particularly want the Vita...if they release it for the Vita, however, I'm going to be VERY...
I don't know...
I think that Steve Burton did a pretty good job on Advent Children. Not so great in Dissidia...but come on, people--Cloud has never really shown much emotion...he's always calm, quiet, and serious. He's hardly ever happy. He's either sad or angry. I don't know about the rest of...
