    Help easy-to-get equipment for at least one point for a level 50 monk's item level?

    was about to do the "Lock the Castrum" MSQ however the dungeon Castrum Meridianum appears to require a item level of 42 and my monk is one number short of that, is there any common equipment at this point that could make me go at least from *41 to *42?
