    NPC Loading Problem

    Any time I enter a new building, or am simply walking through a town or city, the NPC's and sometimes players won't load on the screen or even appear on the mini map for literally a full minute or two. Is this an issue with the game, or is it my computer that's at fault?

    Ok thanks guys, I never knew about fraps before. I'm hoping that some of the lag has to do with the servers as well, because the menus lag a bit and it seems to take a minute or two for the npc's to load on a map
