FFVII's world, somewhere far from Migdar though. Because FFVII has the most advanced technology and as a technophile I wouldn't stand living with 19th century technology. However, I still hate big polluted metropolises.
My preference goes to books. However, when the text/story/whatever is short I don't really mind e-books. It simply comes down to this: do I have sufficient time to stay in one place and finish the book or is the book so long that I'll be moving around and reading it in different places?
That...
It doesn't shock me much to be honest. Well, ok, it's not really realistic. But I think it fits the rest of the game's atmosphere. Characters get smashed by trolls and cut with the sharpest blades but don't bleed a bit. They look like they're sleeping when they're KO'ed. No wounds, no blood...
Seeing as I'm not any more inclined towards Cloud x Aerith than Cloud x Tifa, I'd say...
Cloud x Barret (I'm gonna make that happen during my next playthrough!)
Vincent x Lucrecia (Vincent was one of my favourite characters and his and Lucrecia's story was a sad one)
Hello there.
Your first signatures were pretty cool, the only problem I could see with them was the text that was too simple/oddly coloured compared to the rest of the signature. But you've improved a great lot. I really like the "The Ready Set" and "Madonna" signatures. The Shiva one is pretty...
I only used one for FFVII during my first play-through. Because I kept getting stuck and not finding my way and in the end I gave in. I only checked walkthroughs for the other games when I was really really stuck.
But now I'm trying to finish FFIX as completely as possible (with all the...
My most favourite character was Lulu because I found her very strong, both as a black mage and as a person. On top of that she was such a beautiful lady. :D I didn't mind her useless funny weapons because of her magic.
I liked Rikku as well, because thieves are my favourite character class. Her...
I liked it just as much as the ATB. I think both had their weak points and strong points. As pointed out I think it made you think out your moves strategically. However, I don't think it made battles easier what with taking out the rush of the ATB. I had a tough time getting through some bosses...
It depends on the game really. Some games are so boring I don't even finish them. Some are so intriguing that I literally waste time exploring every single corner (like FF :D).
For FF games I've put at most 6 months. I've finished certain games (FPS mostly) in under a month. I also have the...
I think there's an element of surprise to it. We are so used to hearing 1+1=2 (I'm taking your example) that we don't even react to it anymore. Hearing 1+1=3 is unexpected, therefore it makes us react in a new way. As for what makes it entertaining in particular, I reckon there are two...
Hi there.
My first time posting in this thread so I'll just comment on your evolution from my point of view.
Your first banners were ok as beginner banners. The renders were well-done but they didn't fit in the background because of both colour disharmony. But you've improved really fast. :)...
On my first play-through I had Cloud, Vincent, Yuffie. And I got my dream-team when Cloud got stuck in the Lifestream and Cid became team leader. Because then I had a team with my three favourite good-side characters.
