It's something seeing them all laid out like that. For some of them, I realized that I'd seen them as a completely different person, and there even some where I was like "Wait, who are you again?" Cool picture.

It's not the same, but I remember when I was younger I basically grouped the NPCs (as in the unnamed, background NPCs) into various groups, since the same design was used for several of them throughout the game (though I'm not sure what I called most of them.)

I think the only thing I'd really change is that I'd make the battles more interactive. They'd still be ATB, but I'd make them like FFVIII or FFX, in that the Limit Breaks have different interactions, and have there be a system like FFVIII where pressing a shoulder button makes you hit harder...
