I defeated all of mont blancs other marks, but he wont give me these two guys, what do i have to do to unlock them?

I cant get back to the hunt ixtab, its in the henne mines and i have tried every way to get back there, cause im at the end of game now, already beat it, and i did not do it during the timeline of the game so am i locked out? What do i have to do?

I got all ten espers and went and talked to Yugelu, but he says nothing about unlocking the henne mines for me. What do i need to do?
