I imagine they wouldn't. I never got them actually but if they under the summon menu then you will keep them unlike the ones from the Lunar Trials which can only have one use. Hope this helps.

Final Fantasy IV The After Years. I would of finished it a while ago but Omega, Shinryu and Ultimate Weapon are insane.

I only find Summons usefull in X and kinda VII i really only use Phoenix on VII on all of the other games i don't use summons except IV actually i've probably used them the most on that.
