Listen to Gambit, I performed that hunt last night exactly the same way. I can tell you for sure that that is how to do it.

If you read my post that is exactly what I was saying. All participants should get the exp just like FFX and I think it is really the only problem I have with the game so far.

I think the voice acting so far has been great, my only gripe is that it seems the quality of the recordings could have been a little better. Overall, a small gripe that you easily get used to and forget about.

no exp for all participating members That is probably the worst part about this game. In FFX you could swap members in and out, and anyone who participated in the battle, whether they were in it when it ended or not, got the exp and sphere points from the battle.
