At the moment, I use Vaan, Ashe and Penelo.
If not using them, I use the other three.
Then I change the teams around a little bit with certain bosses according to best strategic plan.
I change the kinds of weapons my characters hold throughout the game. Whatever strong weapon becomes available at the time.
For now, I have Vaan wielding a sword, called the Demonsbane, and I plan to make his final weapon a sword, or the Zodiac Spear.
Balthier wields a hammer. I've had him...
This boss is a real pain in the ass.
I need some recommendations.
First of all, by this point I have all 6 characters up to Level 25-26. I have aquired 2 quickenings for Fran, Basch and Penelo. I currently have around 400 licence points for each character - anything specific I should get on...
Thanks for all the help guys.
I managed a 12-chain quickening today. It was purely out of luck.
By holding R2 down, it seems like mist charge options don't appear lol.. Is it easier that way? What's the best way to perform multiple quickenings?
I'm still a complete noob at this game lol.
I just defeated Judge Ghis, and I have a Quickening for Vaan and Ashe on the Licence board. I used these quickenings in battle with Judge Ghis.
As of now, I can't seem to use these quickenings anymore. Could someone please fill me in on how to obtain...
I haven't progressed that far through the game yet, and I don't play it that often. So I've found myself stuck at the point where I'm fighting the Mimic Queen.
The walkthrough says to teach Fran the 'Blizzard' spell, and that's where my problem is. I don't know how to do it. I'm familiar with...
60 hours to complete the story-line missions. Before the end, I had everyone's Celestial Weapons powered up and all enemies captured. So it would have been quicker if I didn't do the sidequests before fighting Jecht.
I once had a save file with 170 hours, but my sister deleted it. That was 2...
I took him along Tidus' path. Not for long though; I only went two nodes past the Delay Attack ability. I haven't upgraded him since then, and I'm on 100 hours now.
I did however, put Strength Sphere +4 nodes in every empty node in the center where he starts. I've upgraded him with that, and...
This is a game I absolutely fell in love with. The story was so heart touching, and I indeed did cry at the end, because of Tidus and Yuna. Those last moments where she looked at him as he was leaving was just so heart breaking. The part where she said "I love you" was a moment that gave me...
OMG, shoot me please. No way I'm accepting "Tee-dus" as his name! That ruins everything about his character, lol.
But from what I know, there's no official pronounciation for Tidus. It's the choice you make yourself. Me and my friends have always pronounced it as "Tide-us".
I just use the original Besaid Aurochs. I like keeping things original. It would be more of a challenge having players with low stats, but I've never recruited anyone else to compare. It is also very satisfying to score a goal with Datto rather than Tidus.
As for my levels, I haven't really...
The Luca Goers are among the easiest teams to beat. I rarely lose at the tournament in Luca. It's usually 3-1. The Strength Sphere you obtain after winning is pretty useful at that point in the game.
The random factor annoys me at bits too. I would have far more endurance than an opposing...
