I'm missing Bahamut still. He is the hardest to beat although it is said that Zodiark would be the hardest... I got no problem getting Zodiark on level 62, but I'm still too weak for Bahamut. (Any tips?)

I've got 97 % now and played for ~40 hours. Since I'm too weak for the last two free missions I think I have to level up a bit for a few hours. But I hope it won't take me 50 hours to have 100 %. If you don't want 100 % I think the game would only take ~25 hours...
