Totally! I kept Larsa for as long as I could throughout the game... I levelled up pretty quickly because of his help with the potions... hehe. Especially when fighting the Earth Tyrant... jeez.

I have no idea where I am in relation to the storyline... I've got to be at least half way through, but I have no idea... I just reached the Phoan (sp?) Coast... and I've done a couple handfuls of the hunts, defeated Adrammalech, and have explored a bunch of the areas that I don't think I should...

I agree! I totally thought Larsa was a girl up until Mt. Bur-Omisace... I forget what happened, but someone referred to Larsa as a guy, and I was like "what?!" His disposition, height in relation to everyone else, his effeminate voice, his facial features... maybe the creators of the game were...

For later in the game, I found that at around level 40, the... uh... crap, I can't think of the name right now... the tunnels where Addramalech is found... is an awesome place to level up. Most of the enemies there give you lost of experience and more license points than usual, as well.
