Actually those advices will really help a player to prevent their accounts from being hacked. But i would just like to inquire if Final Fantasy XIV have policies regarding those reports. Or how will they deal if someone reported a hack case. ^_^

I was hacked before while playing MMO, i would just like to ask what will the GM's or their customer support will do if they receive a hack case or report. If they have any policies regarding that, at least that would make me feel secure when playing their games. :)
