I'm using Photoshop 7.0. And on the first one, it was actually a film brush, but it didn't have the things on the bottom for some reason. :\ On the second, the text says 'Mikuru'. I know, it's hard to read. I made them on my mom's computer, and her freaking monitor messes with the brightness...
