They look so absolutely amazing! I just wish that they added at least a few of the old summons too, like shiva, ifrit, or bahamut. But cool nonetheless.

the crazy thing is they are in the game but they arent summons they are the names of the air shipsyou come up against

You missed some

as far as old summons being air ships, the only one I ran into was called Laviathin or how ever its spelled. And thats way back in the begining...well about 20% into the story line actually.

Summons are basically the same old ones just with new looks and new names. ike Gigas is really Ifirit or how ever its spelled.

they look pretty cool, wouldnt mind having them as summons in the real world.... it's about time they discarded all the old summons and put in new ones..... I bet you there will be some sort of hint to the old summons or something like that...

These are SUMMONS!? They look like bosses!? But I know Belias is a summon, because in the demo you could summon him.

they are bosses well some of them i know of like the dark angel is a boss that you have to beat first before you can summon him

square have changed the designs are alot diffrent to them in and 8 and 9 and they seem to be changeing the whole series into an action game

As previously stated, some of them are still in the game; now they have new names. Ifrit is a summon; however, they have renamed him Belias and given him an entirely different look. Same thing, different appearance.

They do deal out good damage, but quickenings overpower them usually.

the summons are pretty sweet, i like the fact there are a lot more variety this time around compared to like final fantasy X...although i haven't used them very much, the quickenings are much better!

does anyone else see a reseblelence in between Belias, and that goat zodiac in tactics? and the green thing looks like a younger, more healthy queakalin(sp).

The only ones you can "miss" are the ones not story base.

To find the rest, go explore. When you enter an area and the map goes crazy and you cant see your location on the map.... your near one. So go kill it.
