Im stuck in FF9. I go to where the shimmering island was and I cant find the treasure. Any tips?

if you use the mini map and the large map, make sure your directly over the dot on the map, and then use the dead pepper

which chocobo are you using, as your require the Ocean or the Golden, and with either you have to be stood in the Ocean, you CAN NOT be flying above it, the chest holding ultima weapon is in the ocean, not in the sky

Are you flying or stood in the ocean, when i didit, i had the ocean chocobo i was directly over it and i used the Dead pepper whilst i was facing north
