Hello! I'm new here but I wanted to share the results of a little research I did into the Thief's Knife.
So the Thief's Knife, as we know, has a "random" chance to use the mug ability when you attack with it. I looked all over and no one seemed to know the actual percentage chance for the knife to use mug. This question bothered the heck out of me, so I got a piece of lined paper and started to write down whether or not Locke attempted mug when I used the attack command.
After 100 trials what I found was that the chance of the Thief's Knife using Mug on a target is a little better than a coin toss at 53%
