Help Perfect save file?

Hello, I am wondering if this would be considered a perfect save file in your opinions. Two (2) gold chocobos, Two, yes (2) sets of Master Materia (one from Emerald, and one from mastering every materia) Every materia that isnt included in Master Materia is also mastered (all blue all pink, and all remaining yellow). All Ultimate Weapons and all Limit Breaks obtained and learned.Apocolypse and Schimitar as well as every double growth weapon for each character. 3 Mystile armors as well as every other armor , all accessories. Characters aren't all level 99 yet, but are on their way, along with sources to max their stats.

Once your characters reach level 99, then we can say that is a perfect save file. Did you beat all the WEAPONS yet? If so, then all you will need is the level 99 characters than yeah, that could be a perfect save file.

Muahaha good, good. yes, they are disposed of lol. 42 hours of my life gone again Guess it is better than the 99+ i put in 6 or so years ago haha
