This is more to check if anyone as such remembers the 1988 series of Guyver and if we have any Guyver fans out there other than myself.
For those unfamilar with The Guyver series, The Guyver was one of the first manga series to hit big overseas, featuring a 14 episode cartoon series, each being 40 mins in length based on the first 15 chapters of the Shojen comic strip "Bio Booster Armor:- The Guyver" and even spawned a feature length "Guyver- Out of control" and two live action movies "Guyver, Guyver 2 -Dark Hero" albeit the live action movies were not very successful.
Similar to many plots, The Guyver features main Protagonist Sho Matsumoto, a young schoolboy who comes across a strange pod, within is the Guyver armor which binds itself to Sho, virtually indestructable aside from its achillies heel being the control metal on the forehead of the Guyver unit. The Guyver series follows Sho and his group of friends as they battle against the organisation known as Kronos and the main antagonists Proffesior Balkan and Arkanros, the supreme Zoalord of the Zoalord XII.
