For all the fun of the Hunger game saga the second chapter of the history will arrive soon in the cinema...maybe not so soon : we have to wait until november.... I said november, and, unfortunately, it's so far away <<!
Anyway for all those that can't wait until november this is the first trailer of the film :)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PH-n39PCXp8 (I got mad trying to put the preview of the video <<)
Well the trailer looks pretty good..I have to be honest, I got excited watching it xd...I suppose (and at the same time hope) that the film will be great, well maybe it's quite enough..just say good as the first one :)
So what do you think about it? Can you wait until november :P?

P.s I hope that no one has created a post about it yet xd!!

I am looking forward to this one. Sadly though, my gf is not so I will most likely have to watch it on my own when it comes out. That is unless I make some friends where we are moving who also want to watch it.

i was excited about this one ever since I watched the first one. I hope the new actors do the characters justice.

About the character I'm hoping the same! But initially I was more worried about the director, that has been changed, and, well... the first one has done a good work with the first movie; anyway, after the trailer almost of my worries has gone ;)

i was underwhelmed by the first. a few of my mates had read the books and were really looking forward to it, and i fell into all the hype surrounding it through that, but i didn't think it was anything special and it didn't give me a desire to read the books myself. if anything i was put off reading them. i didn't think it was a bad film, but was very overrated. as such i'm not massively looking forward to catching fire, especially since i've heard that it was a poor book compared to the first, but i'll still watch it.

That's a shame. The books are actually kinda alright. Usually, if there's a lot of hype from people; particularly fans of Twilight and Harry Potter, etc. I want to avoid whatever they're hyped over like a plague. But, I saw the books in Asda for about £3.75 shortly before the first was out on DVD. The film added in a fair bit that doesn't really become apparent until the second book, which annoyed me because it kinda came across like the director got over excited and over eager to plough through the whole trilogy. In general, I was very disappointed with the film when compared to the book.

So yeah, I can't say I'm all that eager to see Catching Fire. I thought it was a better book than the first, mostly because it introduced so many more cool characters. But I have a feeling it's going to be executed poorly in film, just as the first was. I'll probably just wait til it goes really cheap on DVD or something. :hmmm:

I never had an interest in the Hunger Games series, primarily because I'd heard it was a knock-off of Battle royale.

Perhaps it's time I give it a shot.

Although... Only through the film version(s).:hmmm:
