See the thing is, normally by the first date i'd be kissing the girl and feeling comfortable with what im doing and how im doing it. But in this situation im currently in something that is moving at the pace which is perfect. We went and watched a movie, (prometheus, watch it it's awesome) and the whole movie i was nervous to just grab her hand and hold it, i ended up whispering in her ear "I've never been nervous to hold a girls hand before." She then grabbed my hand and a wave of euphoria just rushed through my entire system.
Remember those old dates you see on old movies? That is what it felt like, it didn't feel like normal where i have to do things to impress the girl like some sort of wild beast, she just liked me for who i was and what i did.
Just needed to write this down, feels good

This reminds me of my very first date with my ex, we went to the movies, and we picked a creepy film to watch. It was pretty romantic and we were both super nervous at the time. Ah memories ...
But that's wonderful, I'm glad you enjoyed the time that you spent with her.
So I'm sure there will be a second date in the upcoming future, perhaps?

I love cute dates like that; back when my boyfriend and I first got together it was very much like that.

yeah she's got exams at the moment so im waiting until she is free and ready to do something, i think next time we're just watching a movie at mine or hers which would be cool. Or we might end up just hanging by the beach and getting some lunch which would be awesome as well especially if i could intertwine the two together XD
