Question about MW3's newest map pack

Can anyone tell me when it comes out and if it'll be free like it is for Xbox?

Xbox get maps 1 month earlier, but you have to have Premium Elite
They released 2 maps in the beginning and Premium get them way earlier.
They finally released a collection for everyone to DL 4 maps with 2 maps for Spec Ops I believe.

I think Face Off is the second collection of maps.

I REFUSE to buy 50 bucks for Premium to still get maps 1 month later then Xboxlive.
Premium 50 bucks will give you all maps free.

Dont want to buy premium then wait way too long for the maps.

I wont fall for this foul scheme. Screw the lousy maps. The only reason I ever bought maps was because of epic zombies. Spec Ops is shit imo.
