I think from what I've seen on other 3.8 forums that the profile layout will change, though don't quote me on that - as for personalisation, I don't know.

I whole-heartedly agree with this proposal - of all the changes to be made to this site, this one is the most overdue! Of course I heart the SB/RPG/rep etc.

I've experienced 3.8 before, and might I say that it's quite rad. Instead of usernotes, we can leave visitor messages; you can customize your profile with colors

I really don't care for rep, so if it gets reset, then it's no biggy for me. Though, I'm quite curious on how the new RPG system will work. Looking forward to bigger and better things

Triple Triad is completely separate from the RPG, the RPG is somewhat screenshot based but is much more active that RPG Inferno (it involves strategic moving/range management and action queuing)

screenshot based? still I don't think it'll be nothing spectacular......Crimson Wolf did say its entirly new from the RPG inferno. So I'm hoping it has graphical qualities (or is that asking too much?).

Glad to know the triple triad will be on its own,by what I read on the site that LG posted,it looks like its gonna be the exact same as the FFVIII one.

It has completely unique body-part sprites which can be coloured and used in literally billions of combinations by the players - there aren't any moving graphics though - it'd be incredibly time intensive to try to get something like that running on AJAX. TT is identical to the FF VIII version with one difference - there are card sets available from other final fantasy games etc as well ^.^

no moving graphics.......But since you say it'll be difficult to get it running on AJAX I guess them kind of games arent for forums

I'm still a bit pessimistic about the whole RPG thing though....Is it just the battle system that will change?
Since your a guy of DragonByte Tech it'll be just easier if you can post a link to what your talking about (I dont understand much about forums).
