Not very many people have translated it though, it's very fan service-y in some aspects so certain people ignore it.These translations are from Chibica of the CloudxAerith forums. And some of the translations might sound Engrishy but you'll get the main gist of it all.

He’s an ex-SOLDIER (Shinra’s elite troop), Tifa’s childhood friend, and an admirer of Sephiroth. Those are several keywords to Cloud’s past, but not complete truth. The origin of everything is the Nibelheim event happened 5 years ago. Cloud’s journey of regaining his real self is part of the main story of FF7.
Eyes:
The proof of being bathed in Mako energy is the eyes with a blue gleam. Those chosen men with “something” from Mako energy have much more powerful strength than normal people do; they are called SOLDIER.

“Watch out! This is not just a reactor!” “Back then, you could just get by with just skinned knees. What about now?” Cloud often heard mysterious voices like this talking to him. Who does the voice belong to after all? It seems to match plural characters….?
Bracelet:
In the beginning of the development, Cloud was “sealed” by the bracelet on his left wrist. When he get out of the spiritual world, the plan was to have the seal unraveled for the first time and he’d be able to use both wrists to upgrade his power.
Clothes:
Cloud’s changing clothes probably is one of the most fascinating plots in this work. Like he crossdressed in Cornio’s mansion, and in Junon, he also wore the uniform as a Shinra soldier at the welcome parade for Rufus. What’s more, he did this again in some other scene…..
Analects of Cloud:
“Not interested” (the prelude, in various scenes)
“There is some necessity for crossdress, I know. Let’s go!”* (before the Honey Bee Inn)
“Sephiroth is still alive. I…..I have to settle the score. (in the terminus of Midgar highway, in front of the fields spreading ahead)

Personality analysis based on the lines:
In the beginning of the game, although his coolness seems to shape an image of a secondary character, his multiple personality is exposed as the story proceeds. Some of his lines make you wonder if they came from the same guy, while some make you believe there’s another personality in him. As for Cloud’s daring statement before they dashed into the last battle and that before he entered the Honey Bee Inn, maybe they both have nothing to do with this problem.

Events related to the love pyramid
The biggest (?) mystery of FF7—the affectional rating
It is the inside parameter prepared for 4 characters’ affectional rating for Cloud; they’re Aerith, Tifa, Yuffie and Barret (information from creating staffs). According to different conditions, some specific events will proceed variously. The choices that occasionally appear in the scene with conversations will affect the rating largely. If your choice makes the character reveal positive reaction, the rating would be raised. In addition, it seems the time he/she joined your party, the interaction during the combat mode (using “heal” and “cover” when the other one was in a pinch) will uplift the rating too. But to compare with choices that provided, the influence is minor.
How does the affectional rating have something to do with events? The examples below can introduce it well:
Caption:
1. If you pick positive answers in optional choices, the rating would be higher.
2. The action during the time he/she joins the party also has slight influence.
Changeable event1 (companion)
In the event of visiting Gold Saucer for the first time, if Cloud wants to move about alone, the character with highest rating will come along.
Caption:
1. When you stop here, try not to converse with anyone of them. Move ahead and ignore all members.
2. Pick one spot and move toward it, then the other one will follow (and joins Cloud’s party).
Changeable event2 (date)
The big event happening after you get the keystone. When the night falls, the character with higher rating will come to invite Cloud. The following examples are case of Aerith and case of Tifa, please also try to challenge Yuffie’s and Barret’s case.
Caption:
1. In Aerith’s case, if you play the game normally, the partner that generally comes will be Aerith.
2. In the gondola, the line “I’m searching for you” has deep meaning. (you understand, right?)
3. In Tifa’s case, her prudent personality has no luck*, because she can’t tell him the bottom line.
4. In the end, she didn’t say it, and tucked it inside her mind.
Changeable event3 (before the final battle)
Another event is after the party was dismissed and everyone left for their own places separately, Cloud and Tifa spent the night together.
At that moment, according to Tifa’s affectional rating for Cloud, the event of “dialogues exchanged between them from dusk to dawn” and “Tifa’s reaction and lines when she found out that everyone might see (or hear) that circumstance” will be different.

Occasionally, Tifa shows a little jealousy towards Cloud and Aerith.(this was fixed by AerithStrife of CxA forums) There seems to be complicated feelings that exceed mere childhood friends toward Cloud. In the second half of the story, her tone becomes more feminine. The event in the Forgotten City was the turning point. She began to face her own feelings honestly.

Mini Skirt
The looks of the males still seem to be anxious even though she normally chooses to wear short skirts. Sometimes when going up the stars at the Shinra building, she shows shyness making Cloud and the others proceed to the front.
"There were two kinds for Tifa. The mini skirt and the version wearing leggings. We were worried about which direction to go in, nevertheless, I went around asking the staff's people and the voices liking the mini skirt were overwhelming. We settled on the current Tifa."

The Martial Arts Master using speedy movement, is Zangan who possesses 128 disciples from various places. 5 years ago, at the time of the Nibelhiem event, he rescued Tifa from a close call by means of his own hands.
