Need help with Chaos

Hy Im Playing dissidia and I just cant beat caos. Im playing with Cloud lvl 50. :cloud:

You'd probably be best getting Cloud (or another character) up to level 60, at that point it should be a somewhat comfortable battle.

If worse comes to worse, upgrade your equipment in Duel Colliseum (I forget if you have that available yet or not, if not, go for quick battle)

I couldn't beat him untill I was level 70 with Zidane. I guess you should just level up so your stats go up, you can get better equiptment, learn new abilities ect.

well, i fought him with level 100 zidane and got my ass kicked, but eventually killed the sorry motherf**ker. so yeah try to reach 100. one trick i used to get there is goin to quick battle, choosing my character and fighting exdeath level 100 (he's slow and dumb anyways so i could defeat him at level 30 ) you can level up real fast like that...

You can beat any character if you can predict their moves and react accordingly, with Cloud you can't be hasty. You've got to wait until Chaos attacks, then block and counterattack, repeatedly doing this will ensure victory.

You can beat Chaos with a level 50-40 if you go in with a plan. I beat him with a level 51 Terra for the second time by planning out and remembering Chaos' attack and defend pattern.

You could beat him on a level 50 if you wanted. It just makes it easy for a level 60-80. :o You shouldn't have to be a level 100 though, that's far too overpowered for your first beat.

my strategy is this: (the only works in battles 1 and 2, but i may work in battle three, but it might not.) get up a high into the air as possible. if chaos is on the ground, just wait for him to dash up to you. block the dash, then use an attack that will send him back down again. rinse and repeat. the only hp attacks he will do are divine punishment and soul of oblivion, and maybe demon dance. (i think).

divine punishment evasion strategy: wait. do not move in any direction except up or down. you can dodge but not in any direction. then, at the last second, dodge before the cross thing appears.

Soul of oblivion: dash up to him and attack. best use free air dash and not omni air dash.

Demondance: dodge like mad, literally.

for the third battle, find a hole in his defence and attack. use exmode to cancel and attack and counterattack. finish with ex burst. i defeated him with a lvl 49 zidane, and i am not even good with him.
