My four characters have all Lvl 16 with magic, except for Ultimate Lvl12, but my weapons don't go even to 12, Firion is stucked in reaching lvl12 with daggers and swords, Maria lvl.10 with the bow, Guy is lvl10 with axe and spear/javelin, and Leon is lvl11 with axe and sword.
Help me, I need to level the stats, or at least I would, anyway...
HHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP...

I really don't understand what your problem is?
If you need to level your stats just go and use them in battle.
