I'm bringing back the Land of Dragons! We've got the people, now we need the RP, so here it is!

Land of Dragons Sign-up and Discussion Thread

http://www.finalfantasyforums.net/c...ation-sign-up-and-discussion-thread-9154.html

This is for our sign-ups and discussion. NO OOC (Out-Of Character) posts allowed in the RP! All OOC posts and speeches should be placed in the Discussion and Sign-Up thread.

YOU MUST MAKE/RE-DIRECT AN RP TO THE SIGN-UP THREAD AND HAVE IT APPROVED BEFORE YOU ARE ABLE TO RP IN THIS RPG.

Role-Playing Game Information

RP Master

Hera Ledro - I give the orders around here lol. This RP is run by myself, and I will be checking in on individual characters from time to time, and will be an avid and active RPer.

Location

Anywhere in the universe. The RP starts off on Earth (though people do not need to start their section of the RP off on Earth), where the main storyline will be. However, this is a diverse RP so, if you so choose, your characters do not have to follow the storyline straight away, though they do have to tie into it eventually. I will be checking in on this and will PM you (or, if it's short enough, use an OOC comment) if I feel you are not going to tie into the storyline. If it gets too extreme, I will be forced to boot (no pressure though :D)

Storyline

This RP is set in a multitude of dimensions (based on the RPers' origins), though the main storyline will be on Earth, year 2007 by national records.

Over time, George W. Bush has gained notoriety, infamy, and power through political means. Now, he has assumed absolute control of America, and is in league with several people (human or not...) to control the Dragons, his main allies being Sukani Ledro and the Dark Dragon, Boromyo King. Now, a band of heros must unite to stop him. Will Bush reign supreme with his allies and control the entire Dragonic population? Or will the heros come to stop him? You choose in The Land of Dragons!

Basically, you are allowed to choose between Bush, the heroes, or the bystanders. However, you must eventually tie into the main storyline in some way.

Timeline

2007- (to be determined)

Chain of Command in the Land of Dragons

This is the chain of command. If I am away, it will be the duty of those who are underneath me (not an offensive phrase) in the chain to re-enforce the rules.

Hera Ledro - RP Master
Drachnon - Second in Command
FireFrenzy - Third in Command
Julius Argexis - First Lieutenant

These are the people in charge around here. While we are not mods, we do have certain priveleges.

The RP Master has total control (woot! LMAO) after the mods, g-mods, s-mods, and admins. The RP Master has the ability to verbally warn you and, if the need arises, boot you from the RP. This is an unfortunate circumstance, and I'd rather not have to do that.

In the event that the RP Master is absent for an extended period of time, the Second in Command will assume the RP Master's responsibilities. In the event that both the RPM and the SiC are absent, the Third in Command will assume said responsibilities. In the event that the RPM, SiC, and TiC are absent, the First Lieutenant will assume said responsibilities.

RP Guidelines

1. No God-Modding! We are a little more lenient here because of the circumstances you will be under when RPing, but if you take it too far, you will be warned. If it continues, you will be booted.

2. No Power-Modding! Same penalty as God-Modding, only this is when you control another character that one of the members is in charge of, usually concerning their characters, unless it is a unique NPC that they made, in which you must ask permission to control the NPC.

3. Keep it Mature. I'll allow some swearing and post-mature content, but try to keep it to a minimum. That being said, cultural, ethnical, and otyherwise discriminatory shots will not be tolerated, period. Unless it is absolutely necessary for your character to be that way, it will not be tolerated.

4. No Spamming! This is a huge rule. No post can be less than 2 non-quote paragraphs. That is to say, your posts must have at least 2 paragraphs excluding speech between characters, unless that speech is excessive enough. A paragraph here is at least 3 sentences.

5. Keep Good Grammar! I'm not as picky with this rule, but your posts have to have relatively good grammar and spelling, so that they are legible.

6.Unoriginal Concepts! I will allow the use of unoriginal weapons, and the mention of unoriginal characters. However, these characters cannot be NPCs in the story, nor can anybody in the RP be an unoriginal character. Weapons are allowed, as many weapons in other games are based on weapons of myth. This is no different (i.e. the Ragnarok from the FF games is a play on Ragnarok from Viking mythology, referring to the end of the world). The same is true for armor. However, these weapons and armor are still subject to the rules concerning God-Modding.

7. Mental Connections! In the Land of Dragons, for playability purposes, you can have mental connections with your allies, but nobody else. These mental connections have rules, namely that they cannot tell you what they are inherently thinking unless they direct their thought at you, or to a congregation including you. Also, these connections cannot give you control over your ally, as this would count as god-modding. Mental connections can only be done if you have formed an alliance with that person, and this must be a permanent alliance, not a shaky one or a truce, a permanent alliance (this does not mean friendship).

8. Player Evolution! In the Land of Dragons, since this is an RP that may likely take place over a long time, characters will be allowed to 'evolve.' These evolutions have rules: For starters, you CAN change the appearance and attribute of your character, however, these changes cannot be outside the rules of God-modding or Power-modding on FFF. Secondly, you can only go through a few changes at a time; they can be drastic, but the changes cannot be extremely numerous, no more than 6 at a time, and they have to have SEVERAL POSTS between each evolution, no less than 10 of YOUR posts.

RULES ARE SUBJECT TO UPDATES.

Ashyard

This is where all banned players will have their names posted, so that people know who is not allowed to post here. If a name from this list is seen on a post, PM myself or a Moderator/Admin. We will take care of it.

Other

Alright guys. This post is subject to updates based on player behaviour and other things.

Good luck RPing! Have fun above all else.

Sincerely,
Hera Ledro: The Eternal Dragonic Allsie

MY FIRST POST

A silver and red blade flashed through the air as a blue-furred creature leapt across the roof of the White House, deflecting several bullets.

Out of nowhere, a blue-furred tail with a scythe-shaped blade cracked a Secret Service member across the head, knocking him unconscious instantly. As the owner of the tail leapt off the roof, its brown Dragon-like wings curled around the body. Astonishingly, this creature could fly without the wings, and sped through the air northbound, the sword in its hand flashing into its brown sheath.

Several bullets sped past the retreating beast, flying at high speeds towards the centre of the city. It moved so fast that it was impossible to see as it sped above the streets of Washington D.C.

The creature landed on the roof of a sky scraper, kneeling behind a rooftop door, keeping himself hidden in the shadows of the night, wings folded around his body. He used the moisture in the air to cool the air around him, making him undetectable to infrared sensors.

Almost on cue, a Sea King helicopter sped above, snipers aiming out the hatches. The helicopter circled around the building for a few moments, and then sped off in search of the hiding creature.

When the helicopter was several miles away, the strange creature unfurled its wings and returned the air to normal.

It stood up, reaching little more than six-and-a-half feet in height, its tall black, spiky hair swirling in the midnight wind. The creature's lean, but very toned, muscles were covered in blue fur, and his tail reached around his body, the blade hanging casually in the air beside his head.

He clenched his claw-like nailed fingers, spitting on the ground in frustration.

His smooth voice flowed through the air, though with an unmistakeable tone of anger, whispering, "Dammit. Still, I can't get anywhere near him. They're getting tighter. I'd blast the whole damn place, but it would just take out innocent people."

"I'm Hera Ledro, saviour of thousands of civilisations, the one who has held Sukani at bay for numerous millennia, and I can't even assassinate the President of the United States, for fear of harming innocents. I'm too pure for my own good..." Frowning thoughtfully, he said, "Maybe I shouldn't focus on the centre this time. Maybe I should whittle down their forces, take out their military first, make sure that they can't invade anybody. What do you think Jake?" The creature turned to his left as he stopped talking, looking directly at the red and black dragon that landed on his hind feet.

In a burst of Chi, the dragon changed form, becoming a small, but very tone and muscular, Caucasian teenage boy.

"That's exactly what I'm worried about," the boy said, folding his arms. "If they come up to Canada, they're screwed. We don't have much of a military there."

Hera Ledro nodded. "Yes, Canada will surely fall."

Jake snorted. "We should just take out the whole White House."

Hera Ledro frowned. "No. That is out of the question. Most of the people there don't have any clue that their President is consorting with an alien warlord, much less that he's planning to take over the whole planet."

Jake snorted derisively, grunting, "As if. Most of the people, other than the janitors, are right in gahoots with the prez. What about the Pentagon? If anything will stop them, its destroying the Pentagon."

Hera Ledro nodded. "Yes, but I don't want to cripple their economy. However, I suppose that it's inevitable, but I'm going to procrastinate that little bit. As long as America stays intact, so does the rest of the world. How'd things go in the U.K.?"

Jake shook his head. "Not good. I wasn't even able to talk to the P.M., let alone convince him to help us against the States. Remember, I'm only 14. They wouldn't take me seriously, and I can't go Dragon in front of them until I'm by the P.M., or they'll try to kill me like they've been doing to you for the last while."

Hera Ledro nodded, looking into the sky. What is this world coming to...why did Sukani have to come here of all places...

OOC: it's only 1,75 pages:S i must be out of shape!!!

Nova had been on this earth for a while now, ever since she had met Ku here a few months ago. She had taken a teachers gig at “<st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Chiba</st1:City></st1:place>'s School for Gifted Youngsters” where she had said she’d keep an eye on Shizuka until she left again. <o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
Walking around campus with a group of guys in tow had been funny at first but after she had gotten tired of the distraction she had quite clearly told them she would no longer tolerate the drooling over her. She had been surprised how well they had taken it, there hadn’t been any need to do any more then tell them once and even with the occasional love letter or the chocolates she had gotten for “white day” she had been busy, it turned out she had quite a knack for teaching and she actually enjoyed it. <o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
She would need to think of a further something to keep her students on there toes for too day, she hadn’t punked them in so long, and there were a few people in class who had the annoying habit of making out in the back of class… Nova practically giggled at the prospect of her class’ opening for today. <o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
Nova arrived fifteen minutes early in her classroom as she always did, her years of sniping had given her a great deal of patience and this wasn’t as bad as it had once been. She pushed a few buttons on one of her many gadgets and spent some time fine tuning the hologram of that guy and a holographic student she had enrolled into the class to keep the students on their toes. Hey in a class called “Magical Items and You 545” she figured she was entitled to have some fun with them, these were all last year students anyways so they should be able to notice a hologram when they saw them. Luckily the guy of the pair had the habit of being amongst the last to show up for class. <o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
So when the class came in she saw her boyfriend snogging her “pet project” she completely freaked out until she noticed that up front in class “someone” was practically falling off her chair laughing. The rest of class, being the properly raised Japanese kids they were, quickly took there seats after the excitement died down. And when the guy himself came in he had been warned by one of his buddies as he sat down quite a ways from his “woman scorned” because while it wasn’t a big secret that Nova had the coolest toys on campus in her last lesson they had been dealing with the use of information to deal with threats where the use of other methods might attract undo attention. <o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
*Now that everyone is here and mister Noguchi has felt it proper to grace us with his presence we can continue where we left off last week*, said Nova before flipping off the hologram and thanking her assistant. *As I’m sure you all remember from our time when we were dealing with magical encryption today is a quiz. And I’m sure those who actually bothered to decrypt that last cipher I gave you will all do admirably so Bags away one pen will be quite sufficient.* Before Nova started handing out the tests and answering paper there were a few people who seemed to have completely forgot it was today but she figured the test was fair. It was a relatively simple cipher which was easy enough to solve if you had actually been doing your homework rather then copying it from someone else. *Well if you need me I’ll be grading papers up front, and like always don’t even THINK about cheating, you cant beat me. That includes you mister Hakate, remember what happened last time you tried?* <o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
So while the rest of the class was busy cracking her cipher Nova said up front in class where she made a few notes for her next class and stripped her Mjollnir pistol into non moving parts before cleaning them and reassembling them. After the bell rang she collected the papers and wished everyone a good day and since it was the last class of her week she decided it was about time to hit <st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Tokyo</st1:place></st1:City>, see what was up. Hopping into her Viper she decided to take a small detour, Friday night a few “touge” almost on the route to “<st1:place w:st="on">Soho</st1:place>’s Omotesando” where she was almost a regular by now. <o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
The passes were empty at least from people worth racing but she did smoke someone on the express way, her 10.5 liter v8 roaring like a mad god before ruining a new pair of Toyo’s, and while she wasn’t paying for them, them burning out every time she hit the throttle a bit to hard was annoying. But hey the dude had been asking for it, fucking skyline’s thinking a measly v6 could ever beat a v8. As one of her exes had always said “there’s just no replacement for displacement”. Walking up she was greeted by the doorman and was ushered straight through by the doorman. She walked in and noted that even though the bar had been redone (me doing my research it would appear this bar is STILL the “numbero uno” spot in Tokyo I should have dropped by while I was in Japan *sad me*) the DJ was still playing premixed CDs but at least the CDs had been updated and he now had some newer tracks on the repertoire. The white Russians were still top notch though, although after one she switched to “pina colada’s” and mourned once more the demise of “Spinnakers” back home (my favorite bar in the whole world and the only one I know who went bankrupt from its own happy hour :P), before she realized that here it might actually exist. She’d need to check it out. <o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
Well after a few drinks she felt that she’d be very happy tomorrow that she had had those nanites implanted because while she could still get wasted if she wanted to she never had any hang over problems anymore. A lot superior to the kind that made sure you couldn’t be poisoned anymore… a whee bit more unpredictable sure but worth it on nights like these. <o:p></o:p>

Julius A. Silverwing, a man whose life revolved around the military, did not expect how much his life would change after arriving to Europe, in search of a holy relic presumed to be lost hundreds, perhaps thousands of years. Many archeologists have reach a similar conclussion about the origins of this ancient artifact, that the relic was much like a weapon, that it could be wielded by a single person and that it required a terrible price for the use of its power.

Julius never cared for the consecuences of making such reckless actions after some time when he abandoned his country. He worked for what he needed, only carrying with him his trusty sword. Julius knew that his investigation would require someone that could invest a significant amount
of money in his project. He set his mind and turned his sight to the continent of America, more specifically, in the mighty military collosus the United States of America.

"It will take some time for the flight to New York to arrive. In the meantime I might as well check these ancient texts and prepare my report."

Daros opened his eyes after a long night, felt tired still and fell asleep again, when he re-awoke he heard a knock on the door. Wondering who it was Daros gathered some clothing and got dressed, he answered the door to a man who sounded very authoritive when he announced that Daros had a message from a 'private source' he gave Daros the message and walked back to his transport and drove away. "What is this?" Daros wondered, he quickly opened the letter and could only read two words of the strange coded message, 'United States'.

Daros planned to go to the United States, he gathered his old armour and some provisions such as food, water and some old books, a few weeks later he set off for the port. "where are you headed?" the ferryman asked " the United States" Daros answered "well, with you being an old friend and all, I guess I could give you a discount, how does £100 sound?" "sounds splendid!" Daros replied and he set off for the United States.

Hera Ledro looked off into the horizon. Turning back to Jake, he said, "So, where do you think we should start our assault? The White House is out of the question right now, I think we should cripple their military first."

Jake grinned. "You should take Area 51. Irony much?"

Hera laughed. "Yeah, really. An alien taking out the military research base of Area 51. How...suiting." Frowning, he said, "In that case, you should take the nuclear test site just a few miles away from there. Make sure that you don't stay there too long. Get in, get out, get the job done. I don't want you killed."

Jake smirked. "Please, you think those military dopes can out-battle me?"

"It's not the military I'm worried about, it's the nuclear radiation. I just don't want you exposed to it for long. If I have to cut off one of your body parts to stop the radiation from spreading, I will, but I'd rather not have to do that."

Jake nodded. "Alright, alright." He walked over to the edge of the building, his hair billowing in the morning wind. "Same goes for you, Area 51 isn't the nicest place in the world."

Hera smiled darkly. "Acknowledged. I'll see you later, then."

Jake transformed into his balck and red Dragon form, and, without looking at his ancient ancestor, replied, "Yeah, see ya."

In a burst of white Chi, the Dragon took off southwest, heading straight for the NTS and Yucca Mountain. Hera Ledro looked after his young grandson, and then turned his attention upwards, looking at the stars.

I wonder, he thought. If the stars really know how hard we're fighting for them, if people really understand the things we go through just to keep them safe. If only they really knew how hard we fought for them...

Looking back, southwest (Jake was now far out of sight, even with Hera's superior eyesight), he rose into the air, and blasted towards the military base, Area 51.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Jake's eyes were streaming with tears as he sped through the air, towards Yucca Mountain. When, he thought, when will we finally be done with this? Why are there so many people bent on domination? What is it that makes ruling over someone so great? We are placing our lives on the line to stop mad people, to make sure that they don't kill anymore people than they already have. I never would've expected Bush, fool that he is, to go and ally with Sukani. What's going on here, even Bush wouldn't do that...hell, Hitler wouldn't've done that. And, to make things worse, Boromyo is on Sukani's side. The two most powerful forces in this universe, and they're fighting with each other instead of against each other.

Jake came to a screeching halt above the mount, looking down at all the workers that were going in and out, making it so that this place would be able to store nuclear waste and other such pollutes.

"Bastards..." muttered Jake. "If I destroy this place, I'll be able to slow down their nuclear production, because they'll have nowhere to store the nuclear waste."

Descending to the other side of the large hill, Jake aimed his hand at a part of the rock above the mountain. Jake summoned his Chi, his white aura flaring around him, and grunted as he blasted a straight beam of pure energy through the side, tunnelling a hole in 5 seconds flat. He slipped into the tunnel, and watched silently from within, waiting for the humans to move away from the site, a he had caused a slight cave-in. Whent he humans left, he would crawl in and sabotage it all...

"Sh-t"

Hudson was pissed the hell of. This was probably the fifth damned time that he'd stopped for repairs. It didn't surprise him though, considering the fact that it was just a crappy little red motorbike. He cursed his luck as he spent the next hour in the glare of the hot desert sun, huched over an already steaming hunk of junk.

"Must be something wrong with the gears again. Dammit..." Muttered Hudson to himself.

Where the hell was he anyways? For a moment, he halted his work on the bike to reach into his Eastpack book bag for his road map. Apparently, he was perilously close to the Yucca mountains.

And the hairs on the back of his neck were starting to tingle. Some had the ability to use energy. And well at that. In fact, whoever it was was powerful, which made things interesting.

He was hoping to get his attention, but seeing as how he didn't want to over-exert himself out here.

He carefully pointed his finger out to the sky, carefully channeling enough energy for a fairly visible blast. The easiest and most enjoyable part was pulling the "trigger", sending a thin, yellow beam of energy piercing through the vast sky like a shot.

He hoped that he'd grab somebody's attention. He was sick of ridining alone on the damned motorbike, in crazy new world.

OOC: Frenzy you do realise that this time I’m not playing with Ku right? Since you make references to him. Anyways I’ll have Ravona start off in Japan as well so I can annoy Nova :D<o:p></o:p>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p>
IC:<o:p></o:p>
Ravona’s bare toes felt the cold from the roof tiles below her feet, sensation welcome sensation on the hot summer night. Looking down at the streets Ravona saw the people below going about their business without a care in the world. From this height the people looked like ants, and only Ravona’s enhanced sight allowed her to actually tell people apart.<o:p></o:p>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p>
However Ravona wasn’t here for the people below her. No, her object of interest lay in front of her. Before her ‘Chiba's School for Gifted Youngsters’ lay stretched out surrounded by a large fence. Ravona didn’t need her ‘Mage Sight’ to tell her it was protected by magic. Anyone could see the feint glow coming from the fence.<o:p></o:p>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p>
However seeing what spells were cast on it was something a mundane could not, the barrier cast on the fence was strong. Most likely it was cast by a group of people rather then an individual. This made simply dispelling the magic impossible, however Ravona wouldn’t have done so even if she could. Doing so would tell the entire school that someone was trying to get in.<o:p></o:p>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p>
Instead Ravona looked for weaknesses in the field. She would only need to bend the barrier a little and slip through without leaving a trace, and barriers of this size usually had flaws in them. After a few moments of searching Ravona found what she had been searching for 40 metres above ground there was a small defect in the barrier Ravona mumbled a few words and shrouded herself in magic before leaping into the air and flying towards the barrier.<o:p></o:p>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p>
Without slowing down Ravona drew a symbol in the air whilst flying and a small blue bullet of energy hit the barrier, the barrier rippled and opened up allowing Ravona to pass through before closing itself once more. Immediately after passing through Ravona let herself shoot towards the ground and only slowing down a few centimetres before she hit the ground.<o:p></o:p>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p>
Looking left and right Ravona didn’t see anyone who might have noticed her entrance. Now that she was inside things were easier. Ravona had spend two days watching the school from outside and had noticed that while at the front gate everyone passing through was checked on ID on the school ground security was less then optimal. Many of the buildings had no lock, and those that did usually had other ways to get into. Ravona started moving from one building to an other. Because it was night there weren’t any students around, only a few guards patrolled the grounds but those were more a formality anyone would be able to avoid them.<o:p></o:p>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p>
After several minutes Ravona reached her target. Above the entrance the word ‘bibliotheca’ was written. The word was written in an language from this world called Latin, a language no longer in common use other then some fields of science. Ravona hadn’t bothered studying the almost dead language any further then reading through a dictionary. Still this library probably was her best shot to find what she had been searching for. Knowledge.<o:p></o:p>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p>
The door was unlocked and inside the building there was light. Perhaps a cleaner or maybe a student working late on a project or something. Ravona didn’t bother sneaking around any longer, she opened the door and went inside, softly closing the door behind her, and walked through the hallway. Soon she found herself surrounded by endless lines of books on various subjects.<o:p></o:p>
However the books here weren’t the ones Ravona cared about, these books only contained knowledge that could be find in any library, hardly worth the effort of sneaking in the school. Ravona closed her eyes and felt the pull of magic below her. That’s what she had felt in the last few days, a strong magical force below this library. If Ravona was correct it was an tome containing advanced magic, Ravona didn’t know for sure of course but even if it was not what she thought it was it still would be an artefact of considerable power.<o:p></o:p>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p>
While walking Ravona kept her ears and eyes open for anyone who might be around. As she proceed towards the staircase leading to the lower floors Ravona became more and more under the impression that things were going too easy. Even if the schools security was bad she had expected at least a barrier or two, of perhaps a trap of some sort but so far nothing had happened. In any case Ravona had wrapped herself in Mage Armour to be safe from any trap.<o:p></o:p>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p>
Just as her suspicion began to rise even more Ravona sensed magic in the air, it was from a ward spell. Or rather it’s remains. Someone had already triggered the ward, a spell that warned the caster if someone enters a certain area, which was not a good thing.<o:p></o:p>
Ravona looked back but didn’t notice anyone in the library. The situation was alarming, Ravona was sure she hadn’t triggered that ward so someone had entered before her. Ravona could still sense the artefact below her so it hadn’t been removed.<o:p></o:p>
The only question was whether the one who triggered the ward had turned back or had continued. In any case it was likely people would soon enter here to check things out.<o:p></o:p>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p>
Ravona made up her mind and continued, she went down the stairs deep into the ground. At the end of the stairs she arrived at a door. The door itself was impressive, made completely out of metal it seemed like it could only be opened by using the key panel on it. Ravona didn’t really understand modern locks so normally she would have trouble entering. Had it not been that the door was already open.<o:p></o:p>
Ravona reminded herself to thank however did this as it made her job a lot easier. Ravona proceeded and noticed several more triggered wards. To be safe Ravona decided to place a ward herself in case anyone would try and come here while she was still around.<o:p></o:p>
As Ravona continued she sensed she was getting closer too her goal, until she came at the final door at the end of the hallway. From the door Ravona could hear people talking.<o:p></o:p>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p>
Female voice 1: “Are you done yet? What if someone shows up?”<o:p></o:p>
Female voice 2: “Don’t rush me. I think it might be protected by a spell.”<o:p></o:p>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p>
There were two women in the room, their voices sounded quite young though, perhaps they were students from this school. Ravona peaked inside and saw two girls standing a few metres from a pedestal. On the pedestal lay a large leather clad book. The two girls seemed to have difficulty breaking through the force field surrounding the pedestral. Not surprising as it was on a completely different level then the barrier that surrounded the school campus.<o:p></o:p>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p>
Not planning to wait till the two had broken the force field and taken the book before her Ravona decided it would be best to confront them. Her Mage Sight had already told her the two had only very weak magical abilities so she didn’t really have to fear getting into a fight with them. Ravona opened the door and said:<o:p></o:p>
“Why do you bother, such a barrier is beyond you.”<o:p></o:p>
The two turned around in surprise and even let out a little scream. When they saw that it was not a teacher who had snuck up behind them but girl they seemed to become a little calmer. Girl #1: “Who are you? What are you doing here?”<o:p></o:p>
Meanwhile the other girl took out a book and started reciting a spell from one of the pages. Ravona was unimpressed, it was a low level spell and she took way too long on the chanting. Ravona simply gestured her hand and the book was violently torn out of the girls hands by an invisible force.<o:p></o:p>
“Step aside.” Ravona said. And the girls silently complied realising that Ravona was not someone they could stand up against. Ravona looked at the field, it was far stronger then the barrier surrounding the school. Also it didn’t have the defects that schools barrier had.<o:p></o:p>
Ravona placed her hand on the field and closed her eyes while feeling the force field with her unconsciousness. After a few seconds Ravona opened her eyes and grinned.<o:p></o:p>
Though it was true that she could break the field nor bend it like the barrier however she could go ‘around’ it.<o:p></o:p>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p>
Ravona made some hand movements whilst mumbling a few words and disappeared in a split second. Only to reappear a moment later inside the field. The two girls were looking at her with large eyes. Teleportation spells probably weren’t very common Ravona deducted from their expression. Still their existence didn’t matter to Ravona. Her goal was the book.<o:p></o:p>
After confirming the book itself wasn’t trapped Ravona opened it and skimmed through the first couple of pages before closing the book.<o:p></o:p>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p>
Ravona sighed: “What a waste of time this turned out to be.”<o:p></o:p>
Girl #1: “What do you mean? What’s written in the book?”<o:p></o:p>
Ravona looked at the girl with a emotionless expression, as if she was judging whether the girl worthy of an explanation. Then she noticed someone triggered her ward. Ravona looked at the door leading too the hallway soon someone would enter this place. Perhaps this would become troublesome after all.<o:p></o:p>

Well Frenzy if you want your character can be to one who walks in. Remember not to godmod Ravona to much though I still have some plans.<o:p></o:p>

Julius flight arrived an hour later, he was quite pissed for waiting for so long. Without losing much time he got aboard the plane and left towards New York. Some time later, he arrived at New York. It was a cloudy and rainy day, the streets were filed with cars literally fighting to move through the city. Julius called a taxi and headed towards the Empire States hotel. According to the phone call he received several days ago, a man representing the US Government would meet him in a restaurant nearby, so he needed some place to rest. He ordered his luggage to be brought to the ninth floor, where his room was located.

"I wonder how long will it take them to lead me to their laboratories. I need special tools in order to continue my research."

Julius sat on one of the armchairs of the balcony and fixed his sight on a small box on the table. The wooden box contained a small metal fragment that he brought from Europe. The metal fragment was found among the ruins of a very old castle, supposedly the place were the ancient weapon once laid resting. It was the only clue he had to the sword's whereabouts.

"I've read the report about the Dragon Colonies established around the planet. Though their numbers pales in comparison to human population, they are still a community whose powers should not be taken lightly but."

He opened the box revealing a metal fragment glowing with a malevolent, purple aura.

"If I find what I am looking for I will have no need to fear them. In fact, I will hunt them one by one to enhance the sword's power."

After waiting for nearly four days, Julius finally got a phone call. He wrote the instructions and then went downstairs. He took a taxi and several hours later arrived to an Italian restaurant.

"We were expecting you Dr Silverwing"

"Yes, and my patience was running short. Is your president still interested in my project?"

"Of course and much more now that the dragon community and their leader are organizing a rebellion against the USA."

"So the rumors were true. It must be that problematic Hera Ledro and his family. Fools who wants to be heroes. Is this the world I live on?"

"Now it's not the time for such philosophical questions. Would you come with us doctor?"

"Well even though my most valuable possession is here with me, the rest of my luggage containing my reports and other files regarding my investigations are still in the hotel..."

The federal agent, a man in a black suit wearing black glasses interrupted Julius.

"Don't worry, we've already sent people to get your belongings. Now let us leave."

"And what about the bill of the hotel?"

"It was already paid, Dr Silverwing."

"Good, we shall leave now."

Julius left the restaurant with the agents, and headed towards the Pentagon. In there he would meet the highest ranking generals as well as the Secretary of Defense in order to discuss the subject regarding the dragon organization, Hera Ledro, and the weapon. Julius was please, in a few months he would have withing his reach the sword that caused many of his wildest dreams, fueled his illusions for power and was the reason of his research; the Sword of Heroes.

Hera Ledro had just reached the outskirts of Austin, when he felt a very distinctive energy northward.

Stopping in mid-flight, hovering in the air, Hera Ledro looked northward.

What is that power, thought Hera. It's been a long time since I last felt a power like that. At that moment, Hera felt a flare of Jake's energy from the Yucca Mountains, and knew he was already doing his job.

Wow, Hera thought pensively, What should I do...Jake's already engaged the Yucca Mountain nuclear waste site, and I'm so close to Area 51...I should probably check this power out.

Hera sped back northwards, and made contact with Jake's mind.

Jake, he said, There's a huge power up by New York. I'm going to check it out, you keep going with the Yucca Mountains.

Jake's reply came promptly. Yeah, I felt it too. Be careful, this is hardly a small power. This guy seems strong.

Yeah, I'll be careful. That goes double for you, though. You've never been exposed to radiation from nuclear waste before, we don't know what it will do to you. Let's just hope that your Dragon blood makes you much more immune to it than I.

Hera felt Jake acknowledgement in the back of his mind, and he severed the mental link between them, speeding towards New York.

Half an hour later, Hera Ledro was jumping from rooftop to rooftop, following a black car that was taking the new, somewhat malicious, power towards Washington D.C. As they reached the outskirts, Hera took to the trees, jumping from branch to branch. Then came the valley.

Now Hera had no choice. He forsook his stealth, and ran alongside the car, in the open. The driver noticed him, and the passenger in the front seat promptly began firing at him with a pistol.

Immediately, Hera retreated slightly, drawing his blade and coming up beside the car again. The stream of bullets began anew, and Hera felt several pass him by, though he had to block many with his Dragon Blade.

As soon as the person stopped to reload, Hera swung his blade, carving the front half of the car open, then took his blade again, and whacked the driver and the front passenger across the head with its flat side. Immediately, the car stopped, spinning around slightly. Hera stopped abruptly, launching himself into the air and landing facing the car.

Standing upright, he called, "Come out. I don't wish to hurt you, but I need to know why you are going to Washington. Your power is hardly neglectable."

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Jake took to the skies above the hole he blasted, having been drawn out by a thin yellow beam of light, launching from nearby. He looked at it's source, and saw a young black man, standing near his motorbike.

Changing back into human form, Jake slowly lowered himself to the ground, and ran (very slowly, only as quick as the average 14-year old would run) towards the man.

Stopping around 20 feet away from the man, Jake looked at the back of his head, and called out, "Were you the one that shot the beam of energy there?" Jake had his hand on the hilt of his Soul Shredder, hanging from his back, seeming way too large for any child to hold. If this was an enemy, he was not going to be deceived.

"Sorry, if that surprised too terribly. It's just that, well... It looks like i'm kinda' stuck here."

Said Hudson as he pointed to the now smoking wreck that was his motorbike.

Hudson was to say the least... surprised. He had never seen a being fly on energy, or whatever that was, alone. Nevertheless, he got over it quickly, as he sized up his new visitor. It was just a kid, or at least, what the average person would see at first glance. This one was definitely strong. He could tell that he had seen violence, and possibly... killing. Powerful energies surrounded this one and, something quite diferent...

He couldn't quite tell, and could from first glance. It could've been just a hunch. It could've just been his gut. Or, it could've just been the sun getting to him, and he was hallucinating the whole thing. This new world that he was in proved to be a most interesting one.

Other than that, he looked quite harmless...

Until Hudson's eyes met the blade he was carrying.

"Whoah! Easy there my man! I was just asking for a ride, not a fight!"

But maybe he had. Maybe he too was, or was at the least becoming a warrior. It took him a moment to notice that his right hand had instinctively reached for his own blade.

...But at the moment, the absolutely last thing that he wanted was a fight. The sun was killing him, especially in a black suit.

Jake took his hand off his blade hesitantly. He doesn't seem bad...thought Jake. It really looks like he just needs a ride, but I can't let my guard down. Jake's clothing billowed in the air as a huge wind gusted past them.

Staring at his opponents slim blade, it almost made Jake laugh, and he grinned a little. So, we have another warrior here. It's pretty funny, after carrying around this huge thing for ages, seeing a tiny little blade like that.

Looking back up at the stranded guy, he said, "I really suggest that you get out of here, even if it's just on your own two feet." Pointing towards Yucca Mountain, Jake said, "There's a nuclear waste disposal site over there, under construction. There are people there, but it's going to be closing in a few hours. If you're not out of here by then, you're going to have a hell of a time getting out, it's going to be chaos in a few. Actually," he said, looking at the rising sun, "It'll be starting in a few minutes. You're welcome to accompany me, but we won't be going anywhere fast."

Staring back at Yucca, Jake muttered, "It seems that people have left already. Guess I should get to work." Jake called upon his energy and hovered in the air, and then flew towards the Mountain, back towards the hole he created. Looking over his shoulder, back to the human, he said "I'll see you later, but try to get out of here as soon as possible."

Nova almost rolled out of the bar at 0400 and when she was hitting the door her nanites were already cleaning up the alcohol from her bloodsteam. She hadn’t quite gotten used to going from hammered to sober in a few seconds yet but all that mattered was that she was sober by the time she got to her car. After giving a rather substantial tip to the doorman she was off. <o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
She had recently developed a “thing” for Indian music and was listening to it in her “pimped” Viper. She couldn’t even pronounce the name of the band but she like the music. Proving in her mind at least that it was the only universal language, screw the people who thought math was. Well with her alone on the road and her bed sounding like a good thing right now she decided to push down her throttle some. And when she pulled up to the mansion about an hour later, she had been speeding considerably, she was only mildly annoyed when she heard the familiar bleep of her phone telling the gate to open, and very annoyed by one of the alarms she had set showed someone had penetrated the library. She called the headmaster who was already out of bed and told him she’d go take a look and didn’t think she’d be requiring backup. Prolly a few students playing a prank or something. <o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
Parking her car in front of the library and sighing loudly while getting out. Bed would have to wait. Taking her tricorder in one hand and holstering her Mjolnir she walked into the library, waving her tricorder around in front of her, and walking down through the rooms and into the -for want of a better word- dungeons, before being startled by an alarm from the book room where the faculty kept there copy of the Liber Salus, an old and apparently quite good text on the healing magic. Nova had never bothered reading it. Well tapping into the spells that kept an eye in that room Nova noticed that 2 girls who seemed like students were busy trying to get to the book, and that some girl who seemed like a highschooler. However you looked at it she did have a certain maturaty in her stance, like someone who’s seen it all and done most of it, but for now she seemed to be on the good side. Nova sprinted to the room where she got just after the girl seemed to have taken the book from the students and was apparently disappointed by the text now that she had it. Which could mean a few things but first she needed answers and the only place she was going to get those were in there. <o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
Almost bursting through the door she walked into the room at conciderable speed. And oddly enough her first instinct was “Ooh god not those 2 again” as she identified the 2 students. They had been trying to get in here since before she was a teacher or so she had been told. *Higa-chan and Sato-chan I think we have been through this once before at least, I’ll see you in my office tomorrow at noon and you’d better be there or I’ll be forced to come get you and you wont like that…* Nova said with the tail end drifting off into one of those ominous silences you get when someone is issuing a promise which some people seem to mistake for a threat. *And now off you go, straight to your room and try and get some sleep you’ll need it tomorrow I can guarantee you that…* she said to the students and then proceeded to the strange kid who now that she looked at her wasn’t much younger then herself. While keeping an eye on the students to make sure they were actually leaving.<o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
“Now, I would like to thank you for helping us maintain order in the school but at the same time you do seem to be stealing a very valuable book which we of course cant condone off… So I do wonder if you would care to explain your actions…” Nova said as she was ordering her targeting computers to engage the book hoping to god they weren’t in need of recalibration cause if they were she could cut of the kids arms or worse… Damage the book… <o:p></o:p>

Ravona looked at the new comer. From the girls actions Ravona concluded that she held some authority in this place, despite the girls age. Though Ravona wasn’t the one to judge people by solely their age since she herself held great authority within her masters realms.<o:p></o:p>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p>
Still Ravona couldn’t really determine what this authority was based on. She had already activated ‘True Sight’, a more advanced form of mage sight however unlike mage sight it slightly drained Ravona’s magical reserves, even before the girl had entered. No matter how hard Ravona looked the girl wasn’t particular gifted in any, well other then breast size, her magic was barely above novice level and as far as Ravona could see she had no extraordinary physical abilities either.<o:p></o:p>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p>
Still the girls equipment did interest Ravona. Ravona recognized the item as a weapon common on this world but unlike what Ravona had expected the item had magical energies within it. Still it was not a magical weapon as Ravona knew it. Normal magical weaponry were usually normal weapons such as swords and shields with spells cast on them, however this weapon was partially magical.<o:p></o:p>
If Ravona’s synopsis was correct the weapon was mostly mechanical with a magical energy supply. A fusion of technology and magic of some sort. However Ravona could only see so much by looking at it. She would have to see it in action to know more about it.<o:p></o:p>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p>
After sending the two children away the girl spoke: “Now, I would like to thank you for helping us maintain order in the school but at the same time you do seem to be stealing a very valuable book which we of course cant condone off… So I do wonder if you would care to explain your actions…”<o:p></o:p>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p>
Ravona turned half away from her ‘opponent’ and let touched the cover of the book with the tips of her fingers. Then Ravona spoke: “Valuable? Surely thy does not refer to this?”<o:p></o:p>
The girl spoke: “You know what it is?”<o:p></o:p>
Ravona: “Healing, curing, restorative. This magic has many names. But this is a children’s book, written by and for children….. I guess for someone like you it might be fitting.” She added with a smirk.<o:p></o:p>
Her opponent seemed to more on guard from Ravona’s rather hostile attitude, and apparent fearlessness whilst having a weapon aimed at her. Still Ravona knew that the barrier that was supposed to keep people out would also protect her from any attack, so unless the barrier showed any signs of being dispelled she wouldn’t have to worry about the girls weaponry.<o:p></o:p>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p>
Ravona: “What if I were to destroy it?” Ravona arched her fingers making her nails slowly into the leather cover as if she were to rip it apart like a cat. As soon as she did the sound of an explosion echoed through the room. Ravona looked at the weapon that had fired. The field wasn’t even disturbed the slightest by the impact. Still Ravona could tell from the fields reaction that without it she would probably have been killed or at least mortally wounded.<o:p></o:p>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p>
Ravona removed her hand from the book and turned to the her opponent again and softly laughed. “I’d say it has more bark then bite but still that’s an impressive ‘toy’ you have there. I’ll let you keep your book, there’s nothing to gain for me to keep it or destroy it anyway. Now I’ll shall take my leave.”<o:p></o:p>
Ravona started drawing lines in the air with her finger. The build up of magic could be felt and as Ravona was about to teleport herself away her opponent lowered her weapon and asked: “Who are you?”<o:p></o:p>
Ravona’s body already seemed to fade away as she spoke: “How insightful one must always first give her own name before asking for anothers.” And with that Ravona disappeared from the room.<o:p></o:p>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p>
The next moment Ravona was once again standing on the cold roof tiles watching over the school campus. Ravona turned away and leaped into the, flying of into the night illuminated by the city lights.<o:p></o:p>

"...Nuclear...Waste... Disposal...Site?"

And the kid had taken to the sky like that without a word.

Hudson didn't appreciate him laughing at his blade either.

He was confused though, as this new world that he had somehow ended in generally tended to be. But this was just something else entirely.

"Dammit!"
The sudden realization of the fact that he had forgotten to ask for a ride had totally slipped his mind. His bike was crap, and the sun beat upon him mercilessley.

"Guess i'm hoofin' it again."
He said to himself. He hadn't cared in the slightest that he sounded crazy talking to himself. There was nobody around him for miles to hear. And that kid that he had met before wasn't going to get away so easily. Being an energy user and all, it was easy for him to trace back the energy of those with a significant amount of it. CAll it an energy sense if you will, but remeber that it is what it is.

Thesun was beginning to wane, which was good and bad news. The good news was that by the time it got dark out, and the bad news being that he'd have to worry about freezing to death. He didn't know where to go, or even how long he'd get there, but he had to get the hell out of nowhere.

He took off with a leaping start, after concentraing his wild energy into his legs and spine, (so the shock wouldn't kill him) and zoomed off to parts unbeknownst to him. And who knows, maybe he'd run into that kid again?

After being escorted by the agents for several hours, the limousine finally reached the Pentagon. In there Julius was greeted by two high ranking generals as well as Dr Joel, his long time friend. Julius gave him a firm handshake and together they went towards the meeting room. Julius was carrying with him only the metal fragment as well as his files about his research.

Julius prepared his power point presentation as he got the files he needed from his Laptop. He welcomed the generals and commanders that arrived, as well as the Secretary of Defense, and Dr Joel Cronvit.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, today we have come to a critical stage for the expansion of our influence all around the world. We have successfully taken control over the 45% of the countries, but we've stumbled across a small problem. The dragon colony, lead by Hera Ledro, is organizing an rebellion. Even with out technology, it will be difficult to obliterate their forces and here's where it comes my project."

Julius pulls a small metal fragment from his pocket and presents it to the audience. One of the generals asks him if it's a joke, and Julius gently denies it.

"You see, this fragment belongs to an ancient weapon forged a millennium ago. It's energy is powerful enough to provoke terrible and even fatal wounds on dragons, who have been almost unaffected by our weaponry. My plan is to obtain the remaining fragments and reforge the sword. With it I will slay the leaders of the dragon rebellion and finally put an end to this."

The meeting continued for several hours. Julius had some hard time trying to convince them, but he finally obtained what he needed. They would begin the search for the remaining fragments in order to build the weapon. Groups were created and dispatched towards different locations of the world in which it was assumed that the sword was last seen. In a couple of weeks, Julius would have within his hands the instrument that would lead the USA to victory, at the cost of a few martyrs.

Hera Ledro looked at the car, wary. Peeking in the back seat, sword in hand, he saw a military general with a box on his lap. The general cowered in the back seat, whimpering, "Please, don't hurt me!"

In the blink of an eye, Hera took the box from the man, identifying it as the source of the malevolent power. Opening it slightly, he saw an old relic that he'd never wished to see again.

Sitting, on fine woven silk, was a metal fragment covered in a malicious purple aura. On the edge of the fragment, there was a small bit of cellular matter, and Hera saw that the aura, along with the matter, was pulsing.

Immeditely, Hera Ledro felt a powerful, malevolent pull on his mind, and he shut the box. Soul Edge, thought Hera. But, I could've sworn that Seigfried and I destroyed that sword, ages ago, along with Night Terror, its soul...This is bad, very bad...

Hera Ledro left the general and his drivers, and took off towards Washington. Stopping mid-flight, Hera looked at the ground, and focused his energy, blasting a deep hole in the ground with a ball of energy. Dropping the box in the hole, he used his Earth abilities to cover it up, the spires protruding from the ground around it as the eart covered it 8 feet deep.

Landing beside his spiky structure, Hera Ledro took the Dragon Blade, and slashed the spires, flattening the structure to level the ground.

Concentrating again, he searched Washington for a similar source of power, and found it. Bingo, he thought, smiling.

Shooting towards the city, Hera Ledro thought, I can't let Soul Edge fall into the wrong hands...If the States get a hold of it, we may actually have something to fear.

In just 20 minutes, Hera arrived at the Pentagon, and stood on top of the spire out front, his wings folded around him. He noticed several groups setting out for Hercules-class planes, each group holding at least one box similar to the one Hera had found.

Opening his mind again, Hera discovered another, familiar power near that of Soul Edge's. Silverwing! Dammit...

Hera jumped off the spire and landed on the walkway, and ran quickly up to the entrance.

Raising his voice, so that it echoed around the whole structure, Hera called, "Silverwing! Come out! I know what you're doing, and I won't let you go through with it." Hera could not prevent a slight note of trepidation rising to his lips as he spoke, but he was by no means afraid.

Turning his attention to the many army soldiers now filing out of the Pentagon, Hera shot forwards. In less than 20 seconds, each military person out front was disarmed, and Hera could sense the hesitancy of those that were on their way.

"Silverwing!" he called again. "Stop sending your lackeys to do your work, and face me on your own! Or do you really need some 'mythical sword' to defeat me?"

Quickly connecting with Jake's mind, who he could sense was in the midst of destroying the site at Yucca Mountain, he began thought-speaking to him quickly.

Jake! I have no time to explain. Hurry and destroy that, then go look for other powers like these. Hera relayed the feeling that the fragment of Soul Edge gave him. It's very important, the safety of the Dragons could depend on it.

Without asking questions, Jake replied, Got it. An with that, Hera turned his attention to the Pentagon again, waiting for the good doctor to come out himself.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

A huge explosion rang out as Jake started cutting down the machinery in Yucca Mountain, and the site was damaged beyond repair after half an hour of work.

Floating upwards, and staring at his work, Jake was amazed at how noticeable it was. Smoke billowed up from the destroyed site, and jake knew it would be a beacon to the military, and if he were to do as his grandfather had asked him to, he would have to hurry.

After a 6 hours Daros arrived, he had already paid the man in advance so he walked off the boat and the american military must have known he would take this way because they were already here, they seemed to have been waiting for a few hours but hid their frustration.

Unit leader: Well, after a few short hours you have arrived on mighty American soil, on behalf of America, I welcome you.

Daros: Yes, don't bother me with the regular rubbish, take me to the President, he summoned me I believe?

Unit leader: Er... yes he did, follow me.

The Unit leader gestured for Daros to follow him and the unit to the white house, after a short walk (5-10 minutes) they arrived at a small military jeep with a small escort of troops.

Unit leader: We shall be at the white house in 0600 hours, take this chance to rest and relax.

Daros: I gladly accept your invitation, I shall rest.

Daros was soon asleep and by the time he awoke he was at the white house and the Unit leader was shaking him awake.

Unit leader: Sir! we are here!

Daros drew his blade in almost a flash and pressed it on the Unit leader's neck.

Daros: Refrain from waking me in such a rude manner in future.

Unit leader: Y-y-yes sir.

Daros drew his blade back into it's sheathe and stepped out of the vehicle leaving the Unit leader clutching his neck wound.

Daros: Well, where is the President? no welcome comittee?

Unit leader: I am afraid not, he is currently in a meeting with his military elite and a Dr. Silverwing, apparently he has discovered something very worthy of hearing.

Daros: Well, how long will he be?

Unit leader: Give it another hour and he should be here.

Radio: The pentagon is under attack! all available units get here on the double! the resistance leader Hera Ledro is attacking the pentagon! I repeat:The pentagon is under attack! all available units get here on the double! the resistance leader Hera Ledro is attacking the pentagon!

Daros: Sounds like something is up, just who is this Hera Ledro?

Unit leader: Are you kidding me!? he is the leader of the resistance! the one who is standing in the way of the President claiming world domination!

Daros: Well, sounds like you already need my help, how far is this 'Pentagon'?

Unit leader: Not far, hop in the jeep and we should be there shortly

Daros enters the vehicle and makes sure all his armour is equipped and his sword is sharp.

Daros: Does anyone have a cloth? my blade is dirty from your leader's blood.

Unit troop: Here sir.

The unit troop hands Daros a cloth and Daros starts to clean the blood

A ominous looking doctor wearing glasses finally arrived to face his inevitable fate. He was wielding a rapier created with shards of the demonic sword. he grinned when he sighted Hera Ledro and his companions.

"Oh Mr Ledro, welcome back. You were greatly missed old friend. No, I have no longer use for that sword for I have found something greater to use against you."

Julius pulled out a parchment with a mysterious drawing: a staff, a sword and an axe, all seeming to be the same weapon transforming continuously at its master's will. He showed it to Hera Ledro.

"Do you see now? The ancient mythical weapon: the "Einleizer". It's power has the ability to shape shift and disable much of my dragonic enemies' powers, leaving them helpless an incapacitated. Strangely it seems to have the same effect on half dragon, half human freaks like your beloved Jake."

A smile was drawn on Julius face, it seemed that he had something planned to make his spectacular escape.

"I would love to talk with you some more but I am needed elsewhere. The Einleizer speaks into my mind and wants me to discover it. Enjoy your last moments of life for I will end your pitiful race and vanish it from the face of the Earth once and for all!!!"

After half an hour they arrived at the pentagon, with a closer look he saw some kind of human hybrid of a winged creature, guessing it was Hera Ledro he walked forwards and unsheathed his Mageblade, after walking within feet of Hera Ledro he announced himself.

Daros: Hera Ledro I presume? what kind of humanoid are you? in all my magical lore training I have never seen such a race, what exactly are you?

Daros made sure his armour fitted perfectly and awaited an answer, unfortunately this was not to be for some other soldiers interrupted this meeting and pointed their guns at the man Daros thinks to be Hera Ledro.

Daros: Don't shoot you fools!

It was too late, they had opened fire and the bullets were on a collision course with Hero Ledro.

Daros promptly enchants his Mageblade with air and sends them off so they will not interrupt

Daros: so, after that slightly rude interruption I will cut to the chase- WHAT DO YOU WANT WITH THE PRESIDENT?

Hudson had managed to cover a considerable distance on his own, flying high in to the air with a push from his leg with "wild energy", using it only the moment he made contact with ground. He'd then turn it off after he had taken to the air, and would only turn i on again once he had made contact with the ground once more. In this way, he could save a ton of energy, stretching 30 seconds worth of pure energy into 30 minutes worth.

The distance that he had made was spectacular, whereever the hell he was going.

Luckily, his next bound made him happen upon another desolate patch of highway. That guy... Something just wasn't even right about him... And it wasn't that he had felt that he was a bad person. There was just something else about him.

Well, whatever... Hudson had struck the thought from his mind and resolved to find him again.

And luckily for him, a freight truck appeared speeding busily upon the highway.

Now, normally, he didn't like to make too many impulsive decisions when flying through the air. However, this was an opportunity that he couldn't pass up.

A couple of simple shifts of gravity, had sent him careening into the truck. He at least had enough energy to land on the quickly on it's top.

Hudson was going to find that guy down, and he was going to ask him a few things.
