Wow thanks for these! They're very useful and you've put a lot of time into each one. :) I'm particularly curious about Legend of Heroes, which I hadn't heard of before! Have you written further reviews?

Looking forward to seeing a few more!

I don't think you will need to worry about your English at all. I've read your The 3rd Birthday and Crisis Core reviews (the two games I have played out of the four I've played), and they're very well written with the necessary depth for a good, comprehensive review all in there. You cover pretty much everything you need for a game review, so while I can't quite come up with immediate suggestions for improvement as they are, I can only say: keep at it! =]

Oh, seeing as I just freshly completed The 3rd Birthday not too long ago, I just want to say that while I agree with the majority of your review, I hated the story, how it was written, and the characters. None of them, especially Aya in my opinion, have a real personality. As a game itself, it's a decent mid-B grade PSP shooter, but I was very let down by the narrative. :sad3:

No, these are my first attempts at writing reviews, but I'm currently playing through another sleeper hit for the PSP that I'll review when I've 100% completed it. (If you're interested I mean. n.n; )

Thanks for reading! Aw, I loved the story actually, ESPECIALLY the twist ending. ^_^ and I stick to that even after playing the first 2 Parasite Eve games. While I'll agree that the storytelling is convoluted and could have been executed better, quite a lot of it is told through the reports and timeline text, which could have been handled better.

That being saaaaid, the ending to me, more than makes up for the other shortcomings in the story. I can honestly say I didn't see that coming from a mile away!

Okay, I'm always extremely critical of reviews. I tend to nitpick on critics about the various video games they judge, as I tend to find their opinions rather false.

You are not one of those critics!

As I read through each review, I was just in awe about how in-depth you could reach for each game. You've obviously spent a great deal of time studying each pro and con; gathering enough data and comprehension to create a coherent review.

Bravo!

If you were on G4 TV, I would most definitely find your reviews to be great!

I would love to hear more reviews from you!

Trials in the Sky was definitely a great game. They do have the next two games licensed for iOS though. Which is better than nothing.

I just read your Final Fantasy 7 Crisis Core review and I thought it was very well put together. I played it when it first came out and when I owned a PSP. In my opinion the side quests felt like busy work, since most of them took place on the same few maps. At least that is what I remember of it. I'll need to play it again sometime. Great job!

I love your reviews but I have a question regarding Legend of Heroes Trails in the Sky. You said that the story is incomplete but to what extent? Is it like a tv series end season episode where something really mindblowing happens and you cant wait to see the next episode or FF7 style where you have an awsome game that had at some extent the plot over but still had room for more. Does the story get decent and satisfying closure yet there will be more or is it flat out incomplete?
